05/26/23: First time here. I came specifically for the sopes, which are fairly hard to find in our home area. Server was very pleasant and helpful. Service was very fast. Conquistador has 3 sopes options under the Viva El Sabor section of menu. I tried the Sopitas [3 small sopes]. I loved them!! Only problem was I couldn't eat all 3 sopes, even though I really wanted to. :

Had a wonderful experience at this absolute gem. Start with the server, who was cheerful, attentive, personable and funny. And she was a good sport when I looked at the sizable menu and asked her to surprise me. She asked, smiling as always, "What if you don't like it?" I assured her that it was unlikely to happen. She came back with a stunning plate of carne asada, rice, beans and tortillas. The steak was perfectly grilled, appropriately charred and beautifully seasoned. Served with guac and diced tomatoes. Do yourself a favor and support this bright, festive eatery. Has to be one of the best Mexican restaurants I've been to. Special praise to my server....

We chose to stop here based off of all the great reviews. We'd had a long day of golf and needed an icy cold margarita and some great food and we were NOT disappointed! I chose the pollo en chipotle which was incredible and my husband had the chile relleno con salsa a la crema (a recommendation from our wonderful waitress...Rocio, I believe) and let me tell you....their crema is THE BEST EVERRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!
