Horrible experience!!! Our family will never patronize this establishment again. My husband booked 2 lanes for our family to bowl as an early birthday present to me. After starting out time without informing anyone. They also left a pin in one of the gutter lanes and refused to remove it when we let them know about it. We ran out of our allotted time with 2 frames left. I offered to pay for the additional 2 frames and I was told no. Once the time runs out, there is nothing they can do So, my husband essentially waisted his money for 8 games of bowling. Thank you Valley Lanes for ruining my Birthday. We usually have a great time here, tonight I was appalled at the kitchen staff. A girl walked back full head of hair loose, no gloves, started to mix up something no gloves hair all over the place. I mentioned it to one of the staff that I would not order from the kitchen upon seeing this, a fellow gentleman an employee stated that they did not require him to cover his long beard to work on the kitchen. If I could give it a 0 I would!! Very unprofessional and rude!! Had a birthday party there and they didn't let me know details or info about the party when I arrived so we sat around half the party waiting to eat....when asked about things they responded rude....needed help with the lane and it was fixed but didn't reset so we stood there for 15 minutes waiting....did we get that time back?? No we didn't we were shorted....I will never do a party...
