My family went there for my step father’s dinner tonight and the service was absolutely horrible. We used to love this place and come about 1-2 times a month if possible but never have we had such rude services. There was 5 adults and 2 kids. We all ordered at the same time. They brought out one person’s food then another’s 5-10 minutes later and that kept going until everyone got theirs except 1. She said she’d go Get it 15 minutes later still nothing. Came back to see how they were doing and my brother said not well I still haven’t received my food. She didn’t even apologize then asked if he wanted his food to go. He said yes everyone is done eating I don’t want everyone to have to wait for him to finish. She was saying she was going to get it and she rolled her eyes at him. That was so disrespectful on so many ways. Not to mention all the waitresses were laughing and giggling on their phones and never once asked if my family or other families there if they’d like refills on any drink not even water. Most people would at least apologized and or give him a percentage off his meal or comp his meal completely. I can’t explain what a horrible dinner experience we’ve had. Especially since we’ve been going there for years. I’m pretty sure it’ll be all of our last times there at this point. Unless they can make it right, one way or another. Read moreLunch has always been great but man the dinner service needs work. Everytime I ordered teriyaki chicken here I’ve always gotten regular. Today I was asked if I wanted mild or spicy. I assumed mild meant regular and the waitress did not clarify or double check when she was reading the order back. Once I received my ‘mild’ teriyaki it was so spicy my lips were stinging and I couldn’t eat it. Initially I wasn’t going to mention it but for 16.99 I wanted to get my moneys worth so I brought it up with the waitress. She told me that regular was a separate option (which she should’ve clarified) and did not offer to switch out the chicken or discount the chicken considering I had two bites and refused to eat the rest. I was charged for an entire bowl to get the chicken I should’ve gotten in the first place. I even showed her where the kitchen might’ve misunderstood because she pushed ‘SPICY’ and then wrote mild underneath it. Half-hearted customer service, please talk to your team and remind them to believe your customers. Read moreI recently went to order a chicken Katsu but I only wanted that chicken and they said they couldn't accommodate me with that. that I would have to pay For the rice and salad even if I only wanted the chicken well I thought it was very rude that they couldn't accommodate a customer. Also every time I go there I don't feel welcome the waitresses are always looking like they don't wanna be there. I work in a restaurant And I can assure you that I can give really good customer service. And it doesn't take much to give somebody a smile and make them feel welcome. I don't understand also why the waitress who is a manager by the way as she told me that she couldn't just give me a price for the chicken Katsu instead of overpricing me what I was not going to eat.
