For all the people that go in to get snow woohoo your order was right try ordering on doordash and since you replied let me add the one from last time you didn't make my drinks over because it was on doordash so please stop lying Doordash don't do redelivery they only give you a refund because gas cost to much who want to drive 1 hour back from where they just came from and miss out on money from other customers come on now let's keep it real here young lady and I didn't order any ingredients in my snow cone that consist of any birthday cake flavor it was a mix up because you'll don't follow directions I have added some of my receipts from previous orders and I have more you'll have went down hill since I have been ordering from you'll lately my family as well my husband Bahama drink is setting in the freezer from last month I have enclosed his drink showing how you'll made his drink like trash he was suppose to have lemon and green apple but look at the color of the drink it look like ice but by him being a humble person he just ate a little and placed it in the freezer he didn't want to waste my money but you don't seem to care and yes I talked to you and you lied over the phone young lady if you looked at camera shame on you because you should've seen what happened how about you stand over your employees and make sure that they're doing it right so you want get any more complaints you'll are so lazy as managers leaving your employees to work unattended is not good for any business when your getting so many complaints as a manager check on your business and please go read the other reviews and please take a look below at the pictures those are my previous snow cones from the last review you said I cropped and reused I had on my ripped shorts with a different flavor why would I lie to you do you think I have the time to just lie about your business no I have ordered several times from you'll giving you'll chance after chance to do better do I need to bring up my receipts from doordash even my son in law order from you'll and my husband as well and lately it has been getting worst I use to give you'll good reviews until you started messing up on my order look at the chunks of milk and yes I'm sick real sick I almost died last night from this drink the rest of the drinks was ok but you'll seem to always mess up on the mixed flavors drinks when I create my own my kids ordered the ones that was already made up on the menu how dare you write a review about what I'm going through this has happened several times now I'm very upset that you approached me in this way and yes I zoom in so that you'll can see what was inside of my drink I know what I ordered start looking at the other reviews so that you want think I'm lying and yes I was up too vomiting which is very uncomfortable feeling I'm glad I didn't give any to my grandchild I'm not removing my review because it's the truth and the truth hurt. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loyal Fan With Honest Feedback – Sunnyvale Location Has Great Potential

I’ve been a fan of Bahama Buck’s for over 20 years — and I was really excited when this new location opened in Sunnyvale. It’s somewhat convenient for me, and I truly enjoy coming here with my kiddos for a cool treat, especially during these hot Texas days.

I have to say, the staff has always been friendly, and the vibe is great. I love the Bahama Colada — it’s hands-down my favorite. But if I’m being honest, the consistency of the smoothies and snow cones has been hit or miss. Sometimes my Bahama Colada is smooth and refreshing, and other times it’s full of ice chunks or too liquidy. When my kids order snow cones, there are times they’re made perfectly, and other times they’re pretty dry in the middle and missing syrup where it counts most.

I know the location is still fairly new, and I believe it has a lot of potential. I’m not sure if product scaling or training is part of the issue, but consistency really makes all the difference — especially when you’re driving 15 minutes expecting your favorite treat to taste the same each time.

It’s also been a little frustrating when I’ve tried to call in about an issue and couldn’t get anyone on the phone to help make it right. I’m still hopeful though. I genuinely want this location to thrive and will continue to support it, but I do hope to see some improvements in product consistency and communication.

I'm a pretty avid reviewer so I figured I'd go ahead and leave a review. Crazy thing is I had never heard of this place and I was actually here picking up a UberEATS order, I usually go inside businesses for the pick ups but if they seem closed I go through the drive thru, as common sense would have it. Well all the chairs in the building were already up when I pulled up a little after 9p so I went through the drive thru. I was actually interested to see what kind of business it was so while I was waiting I was on Google looking at the menu etc, excited to maybe bring my child here one day. The young lady comes out and confirms my order and says next time come inside, I let her know I didn't know the inside was still open as all of the chairs were up and this was my first time here, ever...I then asked her what time they close so I can know for future references and she let me know closing time is 10 then handed me my order. I didn't understand the point of this as I still had to wait for the car in front of me to pull off however it kind of made me not want to come back & patronize the business. She wasn't rude but it would've been nice to not assume I've been here before. Not sure I'd come back to actually try stuff now, we'll see, only then may I update the stars.
