I hate to say it but this location of McDonald's has been the most consistent at providing low-quality service coupled with negative experiences. The reason I hate to say that is because it's one of the closest locations to my home and so occasionally we still get food from there. However, whenever the decision is not spontaneous and/or based on proximity, I actively avoid going there whenever possible because the experience is rarely positive.
I've had several experiences where we order ahead and are still made to wait long periods of time for the food. One time, I ordered when I got to the restaurant via the mobile app and parked in one of the waiting spots, and it took them 45 minutes to bring out our food. On top of that, the food was not fresh and had been sitting there waiting to be brought out for over a half hour. I immediately went to the website and submitted a survey. On a similar occasion, I ordered from this location via Postmates and the same thing happened. Except that time, the food was over an hour late and the fault was shared between the restaurant and the driver.
On several other occasions, we've gone through the drive thru and leave with all of the items we ordered but are missing straws/napkins/sauces. I try to proactively check for all of these things upon receiving our bags and I will admit that sometimes I miss things but honestly I feel like the customers shouldn't be obligated to check for these things every single time when they are supposed to automatically come with the food. More than half the time, and I am not exaggerating, although I wish I was, the food is stale and seldom fresh. The fries have been undercooked in addition to being stale on more than one occasion.
In regards to the location itself, it's not in the best part of town and you can almost guarantee that there will be at least one homeless person by the door or a lone filthy person wandering the property and talking to themselves or shouting at the air and making anyone nearby uncomfortable. The restaurant does nothing about this, at least in my experience. I've ordered via the mobile app for pick-up on several occasions and there was literally someone like that loitering around each time. I take note of these things and plus, they are hard to miss. Let's just say that I've never physically gone inside to eat nor would I ever take my son to play in the kid's play place at this location.
Granted, I understand that this is a McDonald's and I can't expect 5-star service or for shady characters to never be around but is it too much to expect some kind of improvement or progress with these things? Each time I go there, my experience is either more negative than the one before or equally as bad.
I know that these things may not be that important to some people and may seem trivial to others but hey, Yelp suggested this survey to me and I'm happy to express my dissatisfaction with this McDonald's so hopefully it helps...
Read morerecently visited the McDonald's located at Bonanza and Nellis, and I was genuinely surprised—in the best way possible. It's easy to feel like great customer service is a thing of the past, especially in fast food, but Tina is bringing it back with heart and dedication. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, Tina greeted me warmly, took the time to listen carefully to my order, and made sure everything was just right. But what truly set her apart was the personal touch: she brought my order all the way to my table and kindly asked if I needed anything else. That moment of consideration made a lasting impression. We all have tough days, and the last thing we want is to feel overlooked or rushed. Tina’s attentiveness and genuine care reminded me that kindness and professionalism still thrive when the right people are in place. She turned a simple meal into an experience worth remembering. ✨ I strongly encourage management to recognize Tina for her exceptional work. Employees like her elevate the brand and remind us why we return. Let's celebrate and motivate hardworking individuals like Tina—she is the kind of team member that makes...
