Roberto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Sunrise Manor

Thieves!! Watch your credit card transaction. First time I caught the discrepancy was less than a month ago. I had ordered a burrito on my way to the airport and didn't notice the discrepancy. I was charged just over $9 for a $6 burrito. But because I was out of the country for 2 weeks there wasn't much I could do to dispute it. Then last night I was charged 14.44 to burritos. My total should have been $11. At first the guy who work the register accused me of having altered my menu items that would have cost the additional money. So then I a receipt and he went to the back and said that I tipped him. But I didn't tip him. That's like tipping at McDonalds. There's no need. Although the discrepancy was only $2.64, he said that it was me just pushing enter or that I had entered my pin and that became the tip. But really I just followed his instructions to push the green button. Clearly, the employees here have little to no respect when it comes to stealing from the customers. I will not return to this location or any other Robertos! I'll go back to abuelitos or the other mom-and-pop Mexican joint in the same Shopping Center. The lack of Integrity...

My husband went to robertos to get some food he told the cashier no onion on his burrito for he is highly alergic when he came home me being a fatty took a bite of his burrito first and lucky I did because there was onion in it he said another customer told him check your food because hers had onion in it my husband didn't thinking it was right he's said damn I should have checked it so I said go back and change it they have to make another one and he did the cook told him to his face I'm not making u anything and the cashier gave him his money back all we wanted was some food and couldn't even get it I called the sight and spoke to the manager and started telling him my concern his name was Francisco romero and he said they will not make it really ? U guys can't even remak it and I asked him for his corporate number he said look at your receipt I said I didn't have it he said owell it has to b on your receipt I hope no one goes eat here I will never step foot in any robertos taco shop...

Trash, the first time I went and they messed up my order I had to call 3times to let them know cause I was at work across the street from them. I just went again and they messed it up big time and I called over 7times no answer so had to leave my job and go to the location and still couldn't get it right. I asked for a refund and the girl couldn't do that right. How you refund to the wrong card. Like come on, I should've known something wasn't gonna be right when I heard the girl telling the cook the #13 is a combo.. like huh!! How do you not know the items with a number next to it is a combo. Sad, been eating Robertsos for years and never had this problem only at this location. They put so much beans in my Chimichanga it looked like a big bean burrito and the girl at the register says it comes with only beans a meat WRONG!! Never had it with beans and where's my meat.
