I have been coming to this Wendy’s since moving here in 2013. This location is always busy, especially the drive-thru. I went last night and decided to try and go inside so I didn’t have to wait through the drive through as it was wrapped all the way around(it almost always is super busy in the drive thru) This is the first time I’ve been inside since Covid and I was so disappointed. The place smelled terrible, partially due to a gentleman that had a dog inside. This wasn’t a service dog because it kept barking and coming up to everyone and trying to solicit pets and did not have a service vest on just a regular collar. Regardless of the costumer with the pet, the restaurant was filthy. The soda machine looks like it has months of caked up soda syrup all over it even the touch screen was dirty. The one of the tables had abandoned trash and clothes on it with nobody sitting there. The floors were sticky and the bathrooms filthy. I ordered my food at 8:35 pm and by 9:00 pm, the gentleman at the counter had to ask for my receipt just to finally “get started on my order” after someone who’s ordered way after me already received his food. I ordered a kids meal, cheeseburger meal, chili and a baked potato. 5 minutes go by and I get the food and the order wasn’t even complete it was missing the fries and chili. The only reason why I am giving 3 stars is because the kid that took my order was very nice and while I know everyone has to learn he did not deserve any harsh words because of poor management skills that run this establishment. In fact he was the only one seeming to run his behind off in the kitchen doing fries and stuff and still taking orders. While his other co workers stood around not doing anything. I sincerely hope that young man gets a raise or at least some praise from upper management because he was the only one keeping the front counter a flout. I am sad to say this experience has me definitely turned off from going to this...

Literally I was standing in front to place an order on December 17th 2021 and there was two Associates that approached the counter neither one of them assisted me with ordering. They looked me dead in my face and didn't ask me if I was being helped or if I want to order anything. Hey I totally get it a lot of places are short-staffed (fast food) but still for the ones that are working and the customers that are paying their money. You should at least have some kind of customer service skills. At least acknowledge that I'm in front trying to order instead of looking at me giving me some kind of stink 👀, wishing that I would disappear. I'm kind of glad that I did went in to order. Because if you go into this establishment you will see it is filthy, behind the counter where the fries are being fried there's grease plaster all on the walls. That's not it the same night the cashier was handling money and food with no gloves. So I guess this whole covid-19😷 is not going on because they're not practicing safe sanitary. FYI if you're handling 💰money, You should not be handling the food. I wouldn't be surprised if anyone got food poisoning tonight. If any food inspectors are reading this. I have a tip for you go to this location. I know they did not pass with flying colors. AND YES I WAS THE LADY THAT WALK THE HELL OUT AFTER ALL THE NASTY...

Came in for a Wendy's BOGO $. The Wendy's Single Cheeseburger was ok; I wish they'd change their buns. The taste could be improved. The baked potato was good.
Comment: Why are there always people hanging out long-term in the lobby charging their cellphones?

Worker cooking burgers was standing behind front counter wiping his face with his hands.
Very unsanitary!
Last two visits here, Inoticed long-time loitering by non-customer, non-employee black persons.
Managment seems loose, at this restaurant, from an external perspective.

I arrived at front counter with one couple ahead of me. Five people were waiting to receive their orders.
I waited 15 mins for the worker to take my order. Total time till I could sit down to eat my food, 26 mins
The Chicken sandwich was not very fresh. The Dr. Pepper I ordered tasted like a diet drink.
The lobby Soft drink machine was Out-of-Service.
The restaurant was understaffed. I felt sorry for the current employees. My guess is they need 2 to 3 more employees to run things correctly.
Also, more bad news. No one was cleaning the lobby area: Trash on tables and a kids blanket left at a table.
Overall? Too much time wasted for a mediocre product.
Go to Del Taco or Raising Canes down...
