I was hopeful about this new restaurant near me, particularly based on the positive reviews. It was relatively empty for a Sunday night and the new decor is certainly attractive. I ordered the buffalo chicken tacos which were not to my expectation. It was just a bunch of pulled chicken drowning in store-bought sauce. The chips are homemade and that was the high point of the meal, although they are not included in the price of your over-priced tacos ($3) extra. When I got my check, I was surprised to see a 20% auto-gratuity added to the bill. I was then prompted by the app to tip another 20% on top of that. We dinner here for weekend lunch. Our server Caesar took care of us, very attentive. We sat outside it was such a beautiful day. We started with their cups and salsa, fresh made chips. Salsa was delicious and the pork belly bites. And a mango margarita which was very tasty. We ordered the all you can eat tacos with the option of corn or flour tortillas and 3 different proteins and a veggie option. Tried all flavors, they came with guacamole. And the Al pastor tacos. Our server Caesar was awesome! However, no happy hour & the food wasn't so great. We ordered the crispy pork app, queso fries, fish tacos and shrimp tacos (all came out cold).... the restaurant only honored the variety because we were first time customers.. they typically don't allow mix and match.. the tacos had great flavor but too saucy ..the pork was dry, fries were good, but very cheesy... mojito (mocktail) & classic marg were great! Would love to give it another, but the restrictions and cold food...
