Nob Hill Soccer Club Park — Local services in Sunrise

Attended a baby shower here for family. The office has poor management and no one seems to communicate with anyone. Family had requested for an extra hour was given an "ok" from the lady in the office just to show up on the day of the party that it was never written in the contract and the guy they had manning the club was rude as ever. He didn't have a care in the world and was so unprofessional. City of Sunrise Parks and Recreation need a course on hospitality. You were given money for a venue and you treated your renters like they were nothing. The guy that was there to clean up had the WORST attitude. He obviously hates his job. Recommending to anyone I know who lives in Sunrise to NOT rent the clubhouse out. Not unless they get new staff. Too bad I can't...

Trying to save money? Well you get what you pay for the club house is dirty I was there for event and you have ants and roaches no hot water working in the men's room not sure about the women's room. The AC which is good does not cycle off and the room is freezer. There is lack of security on the premises and if you need help or have a question nobody helps. The room has a very bad smell and not only do the people who rent the room need to clean the people running the park need to call a clean up service sanitise the room. Nobody mops the floors and uses detergents the place stinks. So good luck in having your sweet 16, wedding or any event in stinky run down place. Horrible - I live and pay taxes in the City of Sunrise, take my two boys, ages 7 and 11 to kick the ball around, but I get kicked out by the parks and recreation employees at the behest of the park rangers because the field is "closed" .... for no reason, NO REASON... the park was still open, still daylight hours (No need to turn on the floods lights), not wearing cleats to mess up the pitch....i mean, this is absolutely ridiculous. I truly believe this is a racist manoeuvre..... trying to keep people of color, the ones that actually love and play FOOTBALL out of public parks (Jamaicans, Haitians, Latinos, Africans, etc.). ISN'T THIS A PUBLIC PARK????Expect to see me at the next public meeting of the City...
