Burger King — Restaurant in Sunrise

Dont go here if you want to be treated inhumane by unpleasant employees with attitudes. Sonny, the store manager, completely disregarded the fact that his employee hawked up spit , & spit in my mom face , THAT’S ASSAULT ! With covid and other diseases out here that disgusting to put your bodily fluids on someone else. Not to mention, the employee that Sonny hired had left from behind the counter to come outside TWICE, she attacked my mom by throwing rocks & picking up the BK sign and proceeded to use it as a weapon. She attacked my mom with unprovoked intentions. With the same BK sign that she was using as a weapon it left behind dents and scratches all over the vehicle. Nobody came outside initially when the attack was happening to come to my mother’s aid or to gather their coworker until after a few minutes. My mom is now traumatized, and have PTSD. She doesnt even feel comfortable driving on the road to pass the location /establishment.

I’ve asked Sonny and Fatima, who are apart of the “managing” team for the owner’s name and/or district manager(s) name. Both totally refused to give me the information even after corporate told me that Sonny has to give me the information...

11/30/23 I wanted to add the ghost pepper fries to my order since it would come free and supposedly they do not sell the item anymore despite having the item being advertised on the screen and outside. I asked the manager during the Day Shift if it can be swapped for the regular chicken fries and instead of saying "no". He makes me try adding it through the app so he can swap it, just for it not to work and for him to say we can't do it. This manager already knew he wouldn't be able to do it. Just say "no" and stop wasting people's time and energy. 10/18/24 Joseline took my order. I stated my order (dbl cheese burger no pickles no mustard and light mayo). She repeats my order back to me with different wording. I repeat my order again to her. She gets mad and says that's what I said and started to argue with me on what i want. I get to the window, she's charging me more money to have light cheese on my burger. Like what? I told her that's why I'm repeating my order to you. she said I don't want to argue then proceeds to start talking shit saying if I don't like it go somewhere else. Today I went to this place for the first time on 09/06/2023 at about 10:50 pm and when I placed my order the person who served me did not understand me and his dislike for my English was very noticeable, which is not good after a while She told me that the hamburgers would take 10 minutes and I replied that there was no problem, I was expecting then she told me that they would take 20 minutes to which I told her that I would also wait, when she saw that I had no problem waiting, she told me that she did not know The longer it would take, she couldn't attend to me and she forced me to leave at that very moment, another client behind me who did attend and gave her service, please do not go to this place if your English is not good because apparently they annoying when you order and they don't understand the woman...
