For a restaurant in a gas station, expectations might be low. However, the quality of the food is amazing, as you would expect in a stand alone restaurant, not even a regular pizza store. The salad is always crisp, sushi rolls are always fresh, and the coffee is strong and satisfying. Their menu is very varied with items that please kids, adults, picky eaters, vegans, and more. Standout items on the menu (for my family) are their French fries - always crisp and tasty, and their toasted caprice baguette with pesto, tomato, and fresh mozzarella cheese. The dessert offerings, baked in-house, vary but are always a delicious treat. The atmosphere is fairly impersonal with grey and red being the overall colors.
