They will treat your vendors with no respect. The catering manager humiliated me in front of the guests and bride and groom. The catering manager had no clue that I was related to the event planner and that I'm close friends of the bride and groom, I am sure she wanted to dig a hole in the ground.

Beware of the catering manager she was rude and was not very helpful for the bride and groom. The wedding cake stayed in the backroom in a box. Someone from the bride's family had to carry the cake. Im a Professional Photographers of America member for over 7 years and been in business more than 11 years. Everyone should get the same level of respect. This venue WILL NOT get my recommendation...

We had a fantastic time last night for a Sweet 16 party with the help of the servers and other staff at the Grand Ballroom. The event went off without a hitch as everyone enjoyed the delicious food, dance floor, wait staff, and all of the other amenities that this facility provides.
