We cannot express enough how incredible Lexx and her company, The Personal Chef Experience, made our small wedding reception. We booked her last minute to cater our elegant Airbnb event, and she miraculously fit us into her schedule. Communication leading up to our special day was seamless; Lexx helped us craft a perfect menu for our 10 guests.

Initially, we were scheduled with one of her expert chefs, but to our delightful surprise, Lexx herself arrived on the day of our wedding. She walked through the entrance with food that looked and smelled absolutely divine. Lexx not only brought delectable dishes but also beautiful decor to display the brunch items elegantly. She was attentive to every guest, ensuring everyone felt special.

Each menu item was a hit! Lexx prepared more than enough food, allowing everyone to indulge. Our whole family felt incredibly taken care of, thanks to her meticulous attention to detail. She created an atmosphere that became the highlight of our special day and changed how we view dining out. The chimichurri skirt steaks and lamb lollipops were my absolute favorite. Also can’t forget about that coconut rice!!

With The Personal Chef Experience, we now look forward to hosting themed brunches and dinners, creating our personal vibe with gourmet dishes that leave guests raving. We hired TPCE Miami, Chef Lexx and Chef Winston, to surprise my mom for her 50th birthday. The Chef's were quite responsive before the date of the trip in helping us plan it. The asked for a picture of my mom for the menu and I was curious as to how the menu was going to look. TPCE had great reviews and the food looked good, so I wasn't too worried that we wouldn't like it.

I am happy to report that the food and the experience was more amazing than I expected!! We could have never gotten this Michelin starred quality experience without a multi thousand dollar price tag at a Miami restaurant. The Chefs came with everything they needed, plates, utensils, decorations, napkins. I believe the would've done drinks as well, but I already created my own cocktail.

The portion sizes for the entrees were more than enough and were beautiful. The dessert was too beautiful too eat. The best part of the whole experience was connecting with the Chefs. Chef Lexx and Chef Winston have great things ahead of them! It was so amazing to hear how far they've come in such a short time and to hear about where they plan on going. It was amazing to know that we were able to support a small black owned business reach their goals. TPCE worked with our budget and was a great value! I found TPCE Miami on Instagram with a number of other caterers in the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami. What stood out to me most was the level of responsiveness and professionalism during our initial conversation, Chef Lex was very personable. I wanted to utilize a catering service that offered a variety of options, flexibility, and fell within my budget. TPCE Miami far exceeded all of my expectations for my husband's surprise birthday dinner. The team arrived on time, prepared a quality cuisine, provided personalized menus for the guests, and cleaned our kitchen prior to leaving. Our guests enjoyed every bite of their three course meal. You can tell that the food is prepared with a level of quality that you don't get in many restaurants and love (like a good home cooked meal should be).
