Burger King — Restaurant in Superior

First off, BRAVO management for taking time during interviews to actually see if the person is a good fit for BK. As a result there are now a few cooks that actually ENJOY making the food and take great pride. Most notably, Ceanne. She is so extremely proud of everything she makes, takes food safety to the max and she is extremely kind. She will even come to the window quickly to make sure she understands your order if it's complex. There's also another wonderful woman that answers the drive thru headset that is ABSOLUTELY the most pleasant person to speak to. I truly enjoy her southern kindness and bright disposition. BK superior you have redeemed yourself and I will be sure to return weekly as now you've taken great pride into restoring your business. Also, the new BK whopper with avocado is by far the best you've come up with. You have whooped McDonald's butt in the fast food...

So I went to this Burger King for the first time since moving to this area. I get a 45 minute lunch, and 40 minutes of it was spent in the drive through, with only 2 cars ahead of me! I had to bring my lunch back to my office and eat it there, as I was out of time to actually enjoy it. And when I got to the food? Well, I would have loved some fries with the bag of salt I got... Just terrible. I understand things can get hectic at a fast food joint during the lunch rush, but if you can't do the job or take the rush, get another job that better suits your abilities. Customer service is terrible. Been there now twice in a couple weeks and ordered food. Both times they messed up my meal. So I pulled around to the front of the building to call since they’re dining room still isn’t open. First time they answered and were extremely rude. Second time I had to go back thru the drive thru because no one would pick up the phone. Both times the person I talked to told me that they’re short staffed.
