Came to this Filiberto’s around 12 PM ordered food for $64 and was absolutely disgusted with the quality and taste of my entire order except for my patron burrito. I ordered 2 Carne Asada tacos two Pastor tacos two cavaza tacos , Super nachos, Patron burrito , Menudo, which had no harmony or the actual stomach it only was red soupy water that was cold. I called All night and no one would pick up a total of nine phone calls were made another five phone calls were made the following day just to speak to a manager since I had the food sitting out on the table with my receipt inside. I was willing to drive back if somebody would’ve answered and said, bring your receipt along with the food back for a full refund. I was not going to drive 32 minutes for no reason. I had ordered a soup, the soup leaked all over my receipt and because the food started to smell I tossed it out. I came to the store the following day again in person showed the wonderful gentleman My bank transaction along with all the phone calls I had made to the store. The gentleman reached out to Erika the manger . she said, due to not having the food along with the receipt back to the store she was not able to refund my transaction. After showing all the proof I had, including my bank statement and my phone calls. I was very disappointed in the way Erica handled this situation. I will be reaching out to their corporate number that I received from the store and also reaching out to my bank. Very unfortunate that a manager could not simply pull up my Receipt in their system, which she was more than capable of doing but refused to. I also drove 32 minutes back to the store to explain myself since I was not able to speak to a live person on their phone. Don’t waste your money nor your time eating here. I do need to add that kind gentleman. His name starts with a K did offer His apologies and did believe everything I was saying, but unfortunately, he could not do anything since his manager...
Read moreWell first off let me say I’ve always loved the food and service I’ve received at Filiberto’s. However... this location is nothing like the other locations.
I ordered chicken chimichangas and what I received was, I have no idea. It was deep fried like a chimichanga, but had pulled pork, huge chunks of onions and peppers in it. I’ve never had a chimichanga like that from them, or any other restaurant like that. We tried to call them about the messed up order but their phone number doesn’t work. I tried looking them up on the Filiberto’s website but it’s not even listed. We called another location trying to figure out a way to call them about the messed up order but they didn’t have a number for them either and said they’ve received lots of complaints about that location.
We eventually just drove there with our food. When we told them it was messed up they took the food and said what we got was correct. Ummm... no it wasn’t. The cook came out and said it was a chimichanga. I told them I’ve bought many of them in the past and none have been what they gave us. This went back and forth for several minutes and we felt like we weren’t going to get anywhere with them. I pulled up google, Wikipedia, and even their own website and showed them what’s in a chicken chimichanga and they said they would make it. Well they gave us our new meals and of course you can’t tell if it’s right until you cut it open.
So we get home and it was still wrong. We gave up at this point as it was 10pm. We didn’t even eat the sides (rice and beans) that came with our original meals because we were bringing them back to replace them, and they didn’t give us sides with our new meal. We will never order food from this location again which sucks since it’s the closest location to us, but we’ll drive to the next location since they’ve never messed up and have had great service.

Read moreOrdered the enchilada and taco plate. Don't remember which number that is but I let her know I wanted chicken enchilada and chicken taco with that. Also, I wanted the taco in a separate container just so it wouldn't be soggy by the time I get home because I usually eat it there and it's soggy when it comes out anyway then ordered my wife super nachos but asked for guacamole pico de gallo and the sour cream to be on the side again so it's not super soggy. Got home smothered with guacamole. The super nachos were sour cream on the side. No Pico in sight and then I open mine and it's a beef Taco and a cheese enchilada which is not something. I order at Philly B's because it's not to my taste anyway, obviously took two bites of the things to figure out that it wasn't chicken. My wife picked over the nachos said she wasn't eating it. I agreed the guacamole was disgusting. Took it back immediately. Let them know the what the problems were. Did not want them to remake it. Just wanted a refund. She said no she would not give me a refund because I ate some of it. I said fine and I do not want to eat here again. I will just leave them a review. I have eight at many filibertos. This one actually just needs to go away. I've been here a couple times because it's close but their food is gross tasting compared to other filibertos. You will definitely have bubble guts from the beans and rice if you eat them because I feel like they wait till the last day and then make it. Their salad bar is pathetic as well. It looks very old. I wish they would just put another place in there. I'm not sure how they have an A rating on the front door. Also at $42 I expect real food! I will post some pictures of plates I got at other filibertos and maybe they can take notes but I doubt it because it could never...
