By the Bucket Surprise — Restaurant in Surprise

Decided to give this place a try, I thought it was just okay. Nice to have a quick pick up option other than pizza or some drive thru. There was plenty of food, the sauce was all on top of the noodles in the bucket. I thought there was plenty of sauce, but if you don't scoop it out right, it would seem like a lot less. The flavor was kind of bland, I added some oregano at home and it was a simple fix. On to the bread, we got both garlic bread and cheese bread. They came wrapped in tin foil, the bread tasted good but it was soft and on the verge of soggy. Could have been due to how it was packaged. I popped it in the air fryer for a few minutes and it was much better. We also got a slice of cheesecake, I will say it was absolutely delicious!! I'd go back just for the cheesecake alone. Ordered the largest family meal with extra garlic bread, meatballs, extra sauce, a meatball sub and a cheese bread. Pasta portion was perfect for 4. I didn’t have sauce on the side, so I assume they put it directly on the pasta along with the meatballs. Also would have preferred the meatballs on the side as I’m vegetarian and they were for the others. I wanted sauce to dip bread and for leftovers. Food was decent, though the family wanted crispy bread. I thought it was fine. I’d rather crisp up bread at home than have it overdone and nothing can be done about it. Ordered a medium bucket with marinara sauce, meatball and Italian sausage. Also ordered the garlic bread and cheesy bread. Food smelled great walking in, was very clean- order was taken promptly and set allows for you to watch your order be assembled. Really enjoyed both of the breads and thought the meatball was pretty good too. Noodles were cooked well. Sauce was decent but considering its fast and has to appeal to a wide range of tastes don't let that stop you from tyring this place.
