I had ordered a decently sized order a few weeks ago. Three pizzas, some desserts, wings, & sauce. I was going to pay for some of the order & my boyfriend was going to pay for the rest of it. Before getting there, I had ordered online because they had a deal going on for $7.99 carryout deal on a large pizza. On my phone, it had said that my total was about $54.00, which makes sense with all the deals. When I was asked to pay, they said that it was $75.00. Confused, I showed them the receipt from my online order and had said that they didn’t know what was happening with there system which is understandable. The lady in front then when to get the manager and he looked over my receipt and kept trying to tell me that I was wrong with what I ordered and what I was saying my total was. Apparently, he had to give me a bunch of coupons and discounts to make my total go down and we eventually paid. BUT after looking over the paper receipt, THEY STILL HAD GOTTEN MY ORDER WRONG. After repeatedly saying that I ordered the brownie and cinna sticks, they still added a cookie to my order, that I technically paid for. The manager was completely rude and would not give me back the money for the cookie, because I never ordered it but I did pay for it. He said that he would give me $2.00 because that’s how much I paid in difference compared to my online total. After being there for almost 30 minutes, I just walked out because I was so frustrated and when I looked back, the manager proceeded to laugh. He needs to be put in...
Read moreHad a very upsetting experience especially with the manager Jason.
We ordered contactless delivery. They didn’t knock/ring the doorbell/ and the app still said on it way. After an hour of waiting we decided to check and our food was out there and cold. I called and asked to speak with the manager. I spoke with Jason who’s very simple response was “i don’t know what to tell you”. He wasn’t listening to what I was saying as he said they aren’t required to knock only ring the door bell (I had told him 2x already this did not happen). He told me all the delivery drivers always ring the doorbell.. he said he would ask the driver and he would be told that they did. He refused to fix my order as he assumed I was lying. It was sitting out there for 30mins!! He didn’t care to fix my order. some peoples ring may not even work? How are they not knocking. In the past with contactless delivery they ring the doorbell and they wait in the car to see we open the door.
We checked our door ring app and the driver attempted to ring the doorbell he noticed it didn’t go through... visibly shrugged and walked away. Our doorbell works just fine.... terrible experience. Poor management as well.. that’s not customer service.
Pizza huts website defines contactless delivery as this:
The driver will leave your order at the door (no driver contact) protected from the ground, knock on the door, and wait at a safe distance until you...
Read moreWhen one is desperate for pizza 🍕, one makes a last minute decision as I have made. I stopped here tonight, Wednesday May 14th, and ordered a medium pan pizza with sausage, mushrooms, and onions. It’s a ‘To Go’ only Pizza Hut. They were courteous, and fast. Ten to twelve minutes. The pizza with a two liter of Pepsi came to $26.95 after tax… and a coupon discount that I didn’t ask for. The reason for the high score in service. I sat outside on one of the half walls on the concourse. The pizza isn’t the best compared to Deno’s or Little Sicily, but it was satisfying the hunger I had. The other factor that influenced coming here is that they have late hours. The other places close at 8:00pm. I still don’t understand why some restaurants close at that time… we’re five years past the time of March, 2020 when Covid shut everything down. Would I come here again? It all depends on the time of day, and how desperate I am for pizza. You decide what you want. Don’t think you can’t do better. And there is worse in going to Little Caesar’s, Dominoes, and Ray’s on Grand & Reemes. Sorry, no photos...
