Most of the time this location is out of donuts. I usually don't mind that . Today I decided to get a hot sandwich and a dozen donuts for the kids. When I got to the window I got my hot sandwich and was told to pull to window 2. I waited and waited. Then pulled back and was told they were super busy with online orders but they will get my dozen donuts now so pull up. At this point I was annoyed my hot sandwich was getting cold and there were no cats behind me to hold up me getting a dozen donuts. When she handed me the box it had chocolate and vanilla icing smeared all over the bottom and top. So I told her does she really expect me to put this on my fabric car seat her reply was that's what happens when you handle donuts. At this point I wanted the manager so Kayla comes over and tells me I made the other worker cry and it's a simple change the box. That's all I wanted was a clean box. But I have visited this location twice and read the reviews and have come to the conclusion that this store is managed poorly and that they don’t train their workers properly. The first time I ever went into this location I wanted to order a few donuts and was told they were out. It was 2 or 3 pm when I came in and apparently they had a really “busy” morning so not donuts. I gave them another chance a few days ago and wanted to order ice cream. I wanted chocolate and was told they were out. The girl was nice-ish, she never apologized for the inconvenience but she wasn’t unfriendly. The whole vibe of the place is really unprofessional and unorganized. Read moreI have gone there two times and each time has been a mess. The first time I was overcharged and told me they could not correct it I would need to go to corporate. Today I went to pick up my mobile order and waited at the speaker for ten minutes before somebody would acknowledge me. When I got to the window they made me pull ahead and wait again. When my Chi was handed to me it looked like pure milk with a little swirl of a sticky brown substance in the bottom of the cup. Then the guy at the window asked me if that was everything I was supposed to have and when I told him no I was also supposed to get a doughnut he said I needed to tell him what kind.
