I Ordered online hours ahead to pick up my order at 4:00. I used one of the rewards that I had earned to get $5 off my pizzas. When I showed up, there were about 15 angry customers in line. The guy at the register was arguing with them which was very unprofessional. Some how all of the people had ordered online and there were no pizzas to be had. At one point an employee told a customer that even if he wanted to make a pizza he couldn't because they didn't have any of that size left. I was on a schedule so I couldn't sit around and wait for an explanation, so I went next door and picked up frozen pizzas. I tried to call numerous times that evening to get a refund but nobody picked up the phone at all. I got an email the next day notifying me that I had gotten a refund. At no point was I offered an explanation or apology and I'm pretty sure my $5 reward was not refunded. I usually have no issue, but this time it was awful, it could have been handled better...

Ordered online at 5:10 to have it ready for pick up at 6. Walked in at 6:05 and they hadn’t even started it yet! Meanwhile, other pick up orders are ready and waiting. Been waiting for 15 minutes for 2 pizzas and a cinnamon wheel. I understand it’s a dinner rush but don’t have online ordering available if you aren’t going to balance online orders with in store orders
Update: Cashier got an attitude with me when I asked for a refund because I watched the two people that came in after me and order at the counter get their pizzas first. Ordered via App. for pickup later in the day. Arrived on time and meal was ready. Functionally all expectations were met. Was not greeted upon entering and my attempt to greet was ignored. Pick up order from rack and shared my appreciation for having order ready and wished all a good evening… again ignored. I’ll be back again because i truly enjoy the take and bake experience and the taste of papa murphys. But will not pre-tip when placing order ever again. Tips are extra and need to be earned.
