Romulo's Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Sutherlin

Always had great luck until today. We order food when my sister comes to town because it's her husbands favorite place in town and we both have lots of kids so it's always a large order. Tonight we ordered over $140 and left and $15 tip. When we got all the food back to the house we were missing a burrito which was not a big deal as it was a large order. I tried calling and when they finally answered they put me on hold. After 10 minutes I drove there still on hold and when I walked in the lady was playing on her phone. When she acknowledged me and asked what I needed I infomed her I was still on hold. I explained the situation and she and other employees said they didn't forget it and wanted me to show them the receipt which I did and then they wanted to see the order which I didn't bring back with me then asked them why I would spend over $150 and try to steal a $10 burrito. The Tater tot platter is hands down "THE" most bomb azz fire meal in all of Sutherlin...Maybe even the best in the whole county. I love the Tater tot platter so much that it earns a 5 star ⭐ overall regardless of the the 1 star⭐ atmosphere rating that I gave it. The reason for that honestly is only because it's not a place of enjoyment for eating a meal for the typical Native English speaking American. All the TVs Volumes are always turned up to a high volume and are never in a language in which an American could understand. If you enjoy real authentic Mexican food then this restaurant in Sutherlin is a must stop. It is located right next to the Chevron station & they share the same parking lot. They offer numerous menu choices from taco's thru combination plates. Open hours are 9 to 9. Friendly folks with fast service even-though each order is cooked to order. The good newz is that I did not see any menu item priced over $11.00 and they have those spicy carrots, onions, & jalapenos for appetizers while you wait.
