*UPDATE
ARE YALL HIRING?! IF NOT, YALL NEED TO BE!
Alright, buckle up it's about to be one hell of a ride...
First and foremost, to the three girls behind the counter when my husband and I came in last night, thank your bosses for your jobs bc if it were my place YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED ON THE SPOT NO QUESTIONS ASKED! I find it to be incredibly rude for you to make fun of not only the guests choosing to eat at the place you work but also to make fun of other employees who are doing their "best" and I say that loosely but either way IT IS RUDE, IT IS CHILDISH, & HOPE YOU THREE GET FIRED . ALSO, how are you gonna work somewhere and watch people come in to eat and just stare at them and jot bring them a menu or anything when you clearly see they have been sitting for 5-10 min waiting on a server. Wether that is your job or not, you were doing nothing productive and should have brought us menus or let us know that our server would be there momentarily or something... Anything. It's not like you were actually busy... To the woman who ended up being our server, you didn't do bad considering I could see you have no help in there and were the only one working. I thank you for warning me that the lemonade was out but for future reference, all of your drinks besides tea come out of that machine so when you bring out my husband's drink and explain how disgusting and gross that lemonade is in the machine... I was ready to leave. And if my husband and I ever do come back I can assure you that he will continue to drink tea and I will not ever drink anything from there again. I won't be able to now, because of hearing how gross it was. So thanks for that. But I do thank you for bringing me a cup of ice so my husband could go outside and get me a drink from the car to pour over the ice so that he could order the calzone he had been craving for days. I only ordered food so that my husband could get the calzone he had been wanting but I was ready to leave so I won't rate my food bc it would be extremely biased. I was in a bad mood about everything before the food got there so I was of course not pleased and I'm not sure if that would have changed if the business was ran better or not so who knows honestly. But my husband did enjoy his calzone.
I WILL CONTINUE TO AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE ITS THE PLAGUE AND MY HUSBAND WILL STILL ASK ME TO COME HERE ALL THE TIME SO HE CAN HAVE A CALZONE.

The food is great but we keep getting the same little server everytime and bless her heart, she can't handle it. I usually don't say anything but this last time she brought my husband his appetizer out first when we both ordered one. Mine came out with the pizza and the pizza was wrong. My glass is empty for a while and she didn't refill it until she asked my husband if he wanted one. She had a group of friends there while she worked and they say right behind my husband and I and they had the absolute foulest and disgusting conversations and were talking badly about guests there eating. I know they are short staffed but that little girl and her friends are gonna end up getting this place closed bc of...
Read moreTook the family to Paparoni's Pizzeria on 6/12/2022. We arrived at 12:20 PM and were seated quickly and our drink order was taken immediately. I also placed an appetite order for cheese sticks and mushrooms. We were surprised how quickly everything arrived and were very happy with the service thus far. That is when everything went down hill. After 35 minutes of not having our order taken and watching four other groups of customers that came in after us get their orders taken, my wife went and spoke to the waitress and asked if she could borrow her note pad and that she would take the order for our table and would return it promptly. The waitress responded that she was very busy and the only waitress there but that she would be out as soon as she could. The waitress immediately came and took everyone's order. Our food arrived to the table at 2:00. We had been in the restaurant for an hour and forty minutes. If we had known that the restaurant was way under staffed we would have gone somewhere else. To the owners of Paparoni's Pizzeria I realize in this new normal of staffing difficulty that you may not always have a full staff, but you owe it to your customers to provide the very best service you can. If due to a lack of staffing you cannot provide adequate service you should limit the number of customers to only those you can accommodate and not make excuses and ask your customers to wait for an hour and forty minutes to get their food. My wife and I left a good tip for the waitress as it was not her fault that she was the only one on staff. As a result of your negligence we will no longer patronize...
Read moreShare my experience. Ha. The experience from hell. I do not know what the owner is thinking. He is letting teenagers and young "adults" run his establishment. I am only giving this place one star because I have to. After 3 consecutive times of dining at this place, 3 consecutive terrible servers and service. Grouchy and rude employees. Terribly presented food. ( seriously my 6 year old could make a better looking pizza). When I message who I thought was the owner ( they never identified themselves) on facebook I was told that they recommend I check my food before i leave and if there is a problem tell the manager. Here is my issue with that response. 1. There is only a manager on fridays and saturdays. When they are busier than normal. ( this is what myself and many others have witnessed.) After waiting 20-30 minutes for my order I do not have any additional time to wait for the food to recook. When I am paying for an already overpriced pizza I shouldnt have to send it back everytime I eat there. Also make.sure you check your receipt they all will overcharge you any chance they get!!! So... This is one of the few times I would tell you do not shop small business owner. Go an additional few miles for.Dominoes or...
