PizzAroma — Restaurant in Swanton

My partner and I have ordered from them since they opened near our area in Swanton Ohio. The subs are pretty good, so we order subs from them when the mood may strike. Unfortunately about 90% of the time we ordered delivery my partner has to go pick up something that they have forgotten. Now today after a horrible day of planning a funeral, neither of us wanted to cook. I said subs and he wanted this place. Needless to say, I have had enough! After our day and just wanting to chill out at home my partner had to leave to get the things they forgot to deliver! They didn't offer to send someone with the rest of our order out. When the location first opened we ordered the basic pepperoni pizza. It was not good, at all. But, since it had just opened we thought it might be just growing pains. We went for the second time and used a coupon card that had a free cheesy bread with the purchase of a specialty pizza. We placed our order but the young man ringing us out didn't know how to note the coupon so he asked a woman who was possibly the manager. When she realized we had the discount card she told the young man that the menu price was misprinted and to charge "this amount" which she wrote down on the pad and pointed to but wouldn't show us. It ended up being a couple dollars more (not a big deal but it's the principle of the matter) and the food was not good, again....

We had a horrible experience with this facility our food was raw but yet burnt at the same time brought it to the owner's attention she proceeded to block me on Facebook approximately 6 months later her family seen me and my fiance at a breakfast restaurant confronted us about our review even though she didn't want to correct it and proceeded to slap my fiance the owner assaulted my fiance over a review we found out that she had cancer even though it's not an excuse and did not proceed to file charges but we did inform them that they were going to lose their establishment with treating customers that way, all I can say is karma as all three locations are set up for auction in October 2025 God works in mysterious ways.
