Subway — Restaurant in Swanton

Me and my fiancé always go to this subway and every time we enjoyed our experience. Tonight however was one experience I have never had. I don’t personally like calling people out by name but subway your worker chad messed up more than once. Starting off with my fiancé’s sandwich before ever making it ripped the end of the bread all up then My fiancé ordered a chicken bacon ranch melt, chad made the sandwich but never put ranch on it at first before toasting it. His co-worker asked him if he put the sauce on and chad said “he said he didn’t want any” which is a lie cause he never said that so he already toasted it and my fiancé ordered a chicken bacon ranch so clearly he’s gonna get ranch on it even if it’s been toasted already. After he added it and it was time to cut it chad cut it very poorly and decided to just rip it in half where he “cut it”. I got a Buffalo chicken melt there is suppose to be ranch on it and he never put ranch on it. Not to mention the cheese didn’t even melt and we didn’t notice till we got home. We ordered online from the parking lot to see how service would be. After our order was accepted, we waited the 20 minutes it said it would take until our food was ready. The app said our food was ready. We went in and it hadnt been started yet.

We had watched as 12 other people went in and ordered at the counter and left with their food.

And ours hadnt even started yet.
