We recently discovered Biggby Coffee, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Our visit was prompted by a thoughtful marketing initiative—my daughter received a coupon for a free kids' drink as a reward for her good behavior at school. I will explain the situation. I placed an order through the Instacart app from Kroger. I live 3 minutes away from this store, and I mistakenly entered the wrong number in my address, so the order was delivered to "Biggby Coffee." It only took me 30 minutes to get there (I arrived at the location at 9:15 AM), and when I arrived, the first thing one of the employees said was that "they hadn’t received anything," so I showed her a photo. She then told me that "I needed to speak to my manager because some items had been eaten and used." We were made to wait another 30 minutes (in the -15°F cold), and they told us they had opened the coffee, the toothpaste, ate 5 bananas, and the mozzarella cheese. This is THEFT. They need to teach these young women that they shouldn’t open packages that don’t belong to them. It is ILLEGAL! I would like to be contacted, as I asked for the employees' names, and they were very rude and refused to give them to me. They ignored me and turned their backs on me, never even apologizing. OHHH my gosh. I wish I would have gotten the girls name that worked this morning around 10:30. It was my first time at any biggby coffee. I have heard of this place but I am so picky and boring when it comes to trying out new things. I risked it today. I was wanting a hot chocolate. The girl was fantastic and so patient with me when I was looking at the drive through menu. She answer my questions and made the best hot chocolate that I have ever had. I also had the donut holes and they were so fresh. I will be coming back again just for her. Also she told me about the membership to where you get every 13th drink free.
