Firehouse Subs Skyline Plaza — Restaurant in Sycamore Township

Today my place of employment ordered our lunch delivered for our meeting from this establishment. I clearly marked my order as ham and cheese plain. That's far from what I got. My sandwich did not come plain with the ham and cheese only it actually had mayo, lettuce, and tomato added which I did not ask for. I am very dissatisfied with my first time experience eating their subs. I do not like mayo, lettuce, or tomatoes on my sandwich. It ruined my lunch as I had to try and wipe off the mayo off my sandwich and there were sections of my sub soaked in mayo to the point of where my subs bread was soggy. It was gross. Firehouse Chili was NOT spicy, but still has a kick that makes it chili. Loaded potato soup was Amazing, everything it should be. Club on a Sub was delicious! The medium satisfies without being too much. Hubby had a Cajun Spicy Chicken and said he loved every second of it, the spice was just right, gave the experience the sandwich promised. Kiddo (age 7) loved her kids combo, no trouble getting her to finish her turkey sandwich and chips. She LOVES her fire hat! Asks that next time, they give kids a pickle too so she doesn't have to steal Nana's. Nana loved her 5 cheese Mac n Cheese.

I feel this location after visiting several has the best customer service, always greeted upon entering and store very clean. I also feel that even when they are busy service time per order is very good and out of at least 30 times my order has only been wrong once and the person was new so give a little slack on that but someone else should've made sure. I've tried more than half the menu, really like the italian and the beef brisket the best. The restroom is always very clean too in my experience.
