Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Sycamore Township

The manager is SO RUDE!! I will never order from this place again. I picked up 6 pizzas around noon- no issues the man at the front was very friendly. I later ordered an additional 4 pizzas that I was unable to pick up due to unforeseen circumstances. I called the phone number SEVERAL times- no answer. I even called the Dekalb location to ask if they had the sycamore number in case I was wrong- which I wasn’t. The lady from the Dekalb location informed me Sycamore Little Ceasers never answers their phone and advised me to go up there. This was around 3-4pm. I finally was able to get to Sycamore around 8pm and asked for a refund and when I did the manager literally interrogated me. He asked me what the exact reason was I needed to refund - to which I gave him and this made him more upset. He then proceeded to ask me for my name and phone number which I gave him- he said the phone number i provided was wrong and would not be issuing me the refund THEN I pulled out the app- showed him he still told me no because the number was wrong so I found the correct number in the app- gave it to him then he said nope- I need the confirmation number- mind you he was looking at the app I provided the screen shot and let him look at the order history on my phone… still he did not want to give me the refund so finally he yelled and was like DO YOU WANT THE REFUND OR PIZZA. I said refund… and he provided me the receipt finally and I asked about how many days it would take to back on my card and he said I don’t know and walked off… so sad that this place is still open when the manager is a...

I went to this location to order some pizza for my kids. I told him I wanted two pepperoni and one cheese pizza. He told me the price was 32.96. I then asked for a receipt while he grabbed three pizzas I looked at the receipt and it said 2 pepperoni and two cheese. The manager tried to swindle me out of the price of a large pizza. Once I told him about it he yelled at me and told me it was my fault that he asked me twice what I wanted and I told him twice the same thing. When I told him that he could just refund me the amount for one pizza to my card he then told me that he would refund the whole order and 7-10 business day I would get my 32$ back and that I would have to pay again for three pizzas . So I paid today 57.68 for three “hot and ready” pizzas, that are actually room temp and stale. I also asked him for his name and if he could sign my receipt saying he refunded me but he said he wouldn’t do that. What ever happened to the customers are always correct? Since when did managers start to be able to talk to customers however they want and I better except it or I won’t eat? I am appalled the way this manager tried to take my money and then when he was caught tried to tell me it was my fault. I am very upset and the store in Dekalb is much better in my opinion I would not be going to this store. If I could I would give this store zero stars but because I can’t I gave it one star. So here we go. I normally dont do this but I have to. I have come several times to this location and not satisfied with the professional attitude from thos location. I get that they have a lot of customers but you should have a positive attitude to all customers and not to some. I have had a bad encounter with the son and mother owners of this location where they gave me food that was sitting there for a long time and I asked for fresh. It became a headache. I came this time only because I am trying to feed my family at a quicker rate with something a little better then the local McDonalds. Regardless if you remember me or not when I ask if the order is fresh and not sitting please be respectful as a owner and answer in the professional way instead of attitude. I have ran several million dollar corporations and never will I ever allow any of my employees to give an attitude like I just had.
