3 times, now I've had my Oatmilk switched out with Almond milk without being asked by the employee's, they really should be asking customer's if it is okay to switch out a requested milk, especially with considerable alleries. Thankfully I am not allergic to nuts, however I make specific requests because I do have other dietary restrictions.
