Myy fiancee and I were running errands and stumbled upon this little gem of a restaurant with a quick Google search. We started off with a favorite appetizer of ours, fried calamari, which was delicious, but slightly over cooked. As a soup connoisseur, I couldn't resist the New England Clam Chowder Soup, which was perfect! While waiting for our lunch, we opted to try their bar. He had a Woodberry (Woodford Reserve & cranberry juice) and I had the Lemon Drop Martini. Both drinks were made to order and we're delicious. My S/O's lunch was a Bison Burger and fries while I had the beef stroganoff. Both dishes were delectable, and packed with flavor. Lastly, I feel that the service did not match the upscale ambiance of the restaurant since the hostess was dressed in jeans, and would often "rest" his foot on one of the padded chairs in the entryway. While dining, I often found myself wondering if he could not hold himself up. Overall, I would stop by again, however, I wouldn't mind trying another place, too.

New to the area thought I’d give Nat’s a try. First the Bruschetta is probably one of the best I have ever had. So 5 star on the Bruschetta! Perfect amount of sweet and tang with just right amount of basil. The breads are crisp with a slight softness in the center. EXCELLENT. Now the issue. 3 stars. I also ordered the beef stroganoff. I was surprised when there was no meat in it. I didn’t read description, just looked at the picture. When I went back to see if I was missing something, it said there was braised beef in it. Well mine didn’t have any meat in it. So I paid $25 for noodles, sauce and mushrooms. It had amazing flavor just would have been nice to have the complete meal. Weird you forget the beef in beef stroganoff. That’s a complete lack of quality control there. Over all the meal was good just a little disappointed about the Stroganoff. Received the delivery quickly.

Got the Shrimp and Grits after a hard decision because the menu is amazing. Let me tell you. I have had this dish up and down the east coast and even in New Orleans. This is one of the best I have ever had. Deep rich red sauce taste followed by grits that were just cheesy enough. I don't drop 5 stars often but this place has the ambiance and knowledgeable and attentive staff to back up amazing food. Well deserved.

A Phenomenal 5-Star Experience: Nats on Maple!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

What an absolutely breathtaking encounter with nature! Nats on Maple provided me with an extraordinary experience that I will cherish forever. Prepare to be mesmerized by the enchanting spectacle that unfolds before your eyes.

From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in the serene beauty of the maple trees surrounding me. The atmosphere was tranquil and soothing, setting the stage for an evening filled with wonder and amazement. The staff at Nats on Maple were incredibly welcoming, ensuring that I felt comfortable and ready for the incredible experience ahead.

As the sun began to set, the air around us came alive with the graceful dance of the nats. These tiny creatures emerged from their hidden dwellings, filling the air with their delicate movements. Against the backdrop of the magnificent maple trees, the sight was nothing short of magical. It felt as if I had stepped into a fairytale.

The guides at Nats on Maple were a wealth of knowledge, eager to share their expertise and passion for these fascinating insects. They provided insights into the behavior, lifecycle, and ecological significance of nats, making the experience both educational and captivating. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and I found myself completely engrossed in their stories.

Nats on Maple took great care to ensure the comfort and safety of their visitors. They provided well-designed seating areas and observation points strategically placed for optimal views of the nats' mesmerizing display. The staff also ensured that everyone followed guidelines to maintain a respectful and responsible environment for both the visitors and the nats.

What truly impressed me about Nats on Maple was their dedication to conservation and community engagement. They actively promoted the importance of nats in our ecosystem and encouraged visitors to appreciate these tiny creatures' vital role. Their commitment to environmental preservation and education was evident throughout the entire experience.

For nature enthusiasts, wildlife lovers, or anyone seeking a truly unique adventure, Nats on Maple is an absolute must-visit. Prepare to be transported to a world of wonder and awe as you witness the ethereal dance of the nats. It is an experience that will leave you with a newfound appreciation for the beauty and intricacies of nature.

I wholeheartedly recommend Nats on Maple to anyone seeking a 5-star adventure. Prepare to be enchanted, inspired, and awestruck by the captivating world of nats and the breathtaking setting of the maple trees.

Why we stopped in to try a new place. My girlfriend ordered the chicken oh, I forgot which one it was but it was a dinner, when she bit into it it was hard and crunchy. Obviously this is not how that dish was supposed to be so she sent it back. I ordered a steak, I believe it was supposed to be a sirloin, I ordered it rare. When the state got back to me it's had an interesting color to it but it was completely dry! I like my steaks rare because I do not put steak sauce on them, I like the natural juice and blood instead. I never really send my food back but I had to send this steak back absolutely! It was the driest steak I've ever seen, and it was the toughest steak I ever cut into after one piece I had to send it back totally unacceptable. They brought back a new chicken meal for my girlfriend which was a lot better than the first, but I just ordered a cheeseburger instead of a new steak. When they brought me back the cheeseburger it was like they didn't even cook it,! We will probably never go back. Again, this was just my experience, I hope this isn't something consistent going on here oh, I was hoping that this was going to be a nice restaurant, but you only get one shot when it comes to preparing a steak of which even the waitress said that steak was...

I wish I could rate the service and food, but I was never given the chance because my reservation for a private dining room was never entered in their books, so the room was given to someone else, even though I had called in late March for a mid May event. Then, the only reason I found out we didn’t have a place for our celebration was because I followed up with a text that was sent after an April 7th text telling which menu choices I had made. That text was April 25th and all I got a week later was a brief response stating the room was already booked for someone else. When I called to discuss the situation, I was told there was nothing they could do. They wouldn’t let me talk to the person I had spoken with in great length and said they didn’t get the April 7th text. When I said it shows as sent (not undeliverable) and that it must have been deleted, I was told the deleted messages would still pop up. ????? Too many other issues to keep going on, but if you plan to go there, be sure (if possible) you are not just placing an “inquiry call”. Incredible disappointment for our son, our family and friends coming from several places around the US to acknowledge his accomplishments. I wouldn’t want this to happen to...
