Not inky are they out of things constantly, like roast beef, every employee acts like they can be annoyed that you even walk in the place. If you don't want to have to work then do something else. They do not stand out like other arbys places. How do you put burnt bacon on a sandwich and find it acceptable. How do you send a sandwich out without the meat because you are out of it without saying anything or providing a different meat? How do you upcharge for extra meat when you are out of the kind not on the sandwich. This place is awful. I walked in and recorded the same thing I got earlier that was awful to see if they did it different or what and everyone in the place had a wrong order. It's one thing to make an order wrong but 4/4 orders with wrong items is unacceptable for any place. This is a management and compamy culture problem. The order i reordered was made properly. After I sat in the drive thru line for 10-15 minutes, I finally get to the speaker to order my food and the girl comes over the speaker and says "our computers are down." I said excuse me and she repeats it again. I then ask so y'all aren't taking any order right now and she says "no" So I leave and turn around to head back to 280 and I see the black truck that was behind me in the drive thru is now getting their food at the window.
