You guys might want to check and see what's up with your hamburger meat or grease. The other night i ordered a burger and it had a taste that reminded me of the smell of a dead fish and i immediately spat it out. this was about a week ago in June of 2022. Not looking for a refund, just wanted to give you a heads up because i don't want to see this restaurant go down as its one of the only few in town that i will actually eat at. Its just that there have been a few things here and there in the past year that could be worked on, also a good tip i can give you is if you look at someone's application when hiring and it states anything about them working at McDonalds as a past job do not hire them because they move like a cancer and will be the downfall of every restaurant they work at afterwards. Update Sept 29, 2025. I've been back from vacation about two weeks. The young white guy working drive through has yet to get my order right with everything needed. When he's not here... no problem, the others are on it. He has either forgotten straws,napkins, jelly even after I asked, has handed me the wrong order, is the slowest person I've ever seen trying to get my change and I mean seriously in slow motion, and this morning dropped my money on the ground. It's been enough time he shouldn't be making these mistakes. Some people just aren't trainable.

Stopped in on Friday 10/18/2019. We were tired and hungry having driven from Destin FL. We were very disappointed in the service. We were warned that they had a football team of 72 coming so we ordered quickly so as to be out of the way when they arrived. The staff was too busy worrying about what was yet to come to fill our order. They left out part of our order. Then said I had not paid for the part they left out then they found out I had paid for it. They gave no apology. I got no receipt. Usually I get great service at Jack's. This experience was horrible.
