I use to walk here EVERY morning to get breakfast.... That came to a quick halt when the 2 middle-aged morning managers decided to get a little too "comfortable" with my personal life. Long story short.... Their lives must've been so miserable that they felt it was necessary to try and place that misery on me. These 2 overgrown children and 2 sorry excuses of management had the nerve to talk down about my fiance to my face and in front of multiple customers, not just once, but multiple times. Apparently they didn't like the fact that she wasn't much of a morning person and wouldn't smile at them when they took her order (their words, not mine). I at first thought this was all a joke the first time they decided to tag team me about this ridiculous accusation, but apparently they were serious, and their feelings were severely hurt due to her smile not being big enough for them. Once I realized the "seriousness" of this matter (sarcasm) and listened to these 2 call her "antisocial" and "not a people person", I explained to them that she is a VERY hard working waitress that works doubles EVERY single day... that has so many regulars that come out in the rain, snow, sleet, and sun everyday to come up and see her, because she is so well liked... that she NEVER has to worry about leaving work uncomfortable with tips. Everyone else seems to absolutely love her for her personality and strong work ethic, but not these 2 grown women. I also had to explain/remind them that we are there for THEIR service and that we expect THEIR smile when we place our order, and not to get things twisted! I completely agree that a smile goes a long way, and that a smile can make someones day, but please don't forget your place! I sure as hell don't have expectations of my customers when they come through the door... I'm at work to service the customer, not the other way around. To summarize this up... Misery does love company, I will NEVER visit that location ever again for breakfast, and to the those 2 washed up miserable women... Enjoy your lifelong, minimum wage making career at...
Read moreFast food my butt. I've had to wait more then 20 minutes for my food and we were the only people ordering at that time. My family and I (family of four) have stopped here for what we thought would be a quick lunch, and ended up being a pain in the butt. My wife and my youngest revived their food after roughly 10 minutes. At that point I asked the girl working the counter where the rest of out food was and she just looked at me confused. She then turned around and spoke to another lady in Spanish then turned back to me and said it's coming up. After an additional 10 minutes she called me back to the counter to give me the rest of our food, which by that time my wife and youngest were finished eating. So I asked if I could get a discount or refund. The lady said ( in a sarcastic tone) if you want your food no you can't. Then turn and spoke Spanish to another person and laughed. I told her I would like my money back so I could take my business elsewhere. She then sighed and rolled her eyes and slowly gave my money back. I've sent in a complaint online but of course no response.
Other times I've been here with my daughter's who were 10 and 12 and all the employees were talking very loud about...
Read moreThey served my mom w a health condition a raw quarter pounder. See how pink that is. Also it's like no one wants to actually do any work they want you to put all the information into the kiosk yourself when I ask for them to take our orders over the counter because I had cash for once it was like I was asking for the directions to head for Mars. Then, they talked about us in Espanol which I don't know a lot of but I know enough to know it wasn't exactly nice. Anyway, main issue, they charge a lot of money for an uncooked hamburger and my mother is too afraid to go up and tell them this because they were rude from the get-go. Idk who owns this franchise location however we were just there because we were really hungry and we had to head up north somewhere for the afternoon and I was driving and it just wasn't a good experience overall? But anyways I work for government and this is not really how you should do business and it's a liability if you keep serving raw hamburgers to people someone's going to get very sick and you're going to get a visit from the health inspector and or OSHA or one of the higher...
