Stoner's Pizza Joint — Restaurant in Sylvania

I’ve ordered from here numerous times and, apart from one standout, every time has had something go wrong. One time they delivered a pizza with cheese literally only on one half of the pizza. I have never received a drink with my order, that I paid for, without having to specifically request it at the time of pick up OR sending the delivery driver back to pick up the drink they left and then come back out a second time. Their cookies are good but not so good that I’ll allow myself to be treated the way “Abby” treats customers. Unfortunately, the manager clearly does NOT care that she keeps the place understaffed, which always leads to super long wait times and you have to call the store to actually get your pizza delivered - even when you’ve already paid and selected a delivery time.. they still do not deliver until you call. Also, should you have the displeasure of dealing with “Abby” like I did on Mother’s Day, you get to experience someone being nasty to you for absolutely no reason. I’m sorry you’re having a bad day but there’s no reason to take it out on the people calling in to place orders. I miss the old pizza place that used to be where stoners now is in town. New is not...

I don't get over towards Sylvania much but I was over that way today. While we were driving through we happened upon this cool little spot. We were hungry, so we decided to turn around and go back. I sure am glad we did. This little spot right on the corner on the main street is really really nice. They have a little arcade set up, thats free! Seating indoors and out and a staff that is top notch. We had the pleasure of speaking to the owner, who turns out to be one of the coolest people you will ever meet in your life. Such a wonderful experience and I haven't even talked about the pizza yet. The pizza is amazing. Fresh made dough daily, superb ingredients and perfectly prepared. Ordered 14 in Hand Tossed Pizza with 4 Toppings. 10 wings with Kicken bourbon sauce. Was supposed to be my Valentine dinner with my wife. Order was for pickup in 20 minutes Arrived in 20 min. and only one person on duty. This person was on the phone with 3 different calls. Stood at counter waiting for another 15 min. Then I was told my order had not started to be prepared. I went away and ran a errand to pick up animal feed. Took about another 20 min. Arrived back to pick up my order and waited another 20 min. Finally got my order and went home. The pizza was horrible. The worst I have ever tasted. The chicken was burned on the outside and half cooked on the inside. , Not edible. Stoner's pizza will never see my face again. Good luck getting food...
