Subway — Restaurant in Symmes Township

I have not gone to this subway many times, but the times that I have been in, the manager has been very rude. I bought the Loveland buddy card to support Loveland athletics. On the card it has a buy one get one free 6 inch sub. The manager refused to honor that and tried to negotiate with me to get me to pay five dollars for the one that is supposed to be free, he tried to give me a hard time about it, but ultimately, I am not the one that signed up to be on a buddy card in the first place. Subway on Montgomery Rd in Landen Ohio is my absolute favorite. Good customer service. It starts as u walk in the door. You are greeted, no matter how busy they are, as u walk up to the counter. Quick service with a smile. Immediate response/remedy if a problem or concern. Have been going to this Subway for years. It is not the closest one to my home and I pass another on the way to work every day. I drive a couple miles out of my way to go to this one when I have a craving for subway. I recently visited this Subway and had an amazing five star experience. The environment was neat and clean, the customer service was top tier!!! The workers were smiling, happy and were very welcoming! They made suggestions and didn’t rush me to finish my order. I was greeted immediately and my food was made just as l wanted!
