Loveland Taco Bell is The Worst Restaurant That I Have Ever been to! THEY HAVE GIVEN ME ICE COLD FOOD ON 5 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS! I Really Don't Think They Deserve 1 Star but I guess I have to. On another occasion, I stopped at Loveland Taco Bell on my way home from work around 10:30pm on a Tuesday. My work van is too tall to go thru the drive thru and their dineing room was closed, so I called them on the phone and explained my situation. The guy I spoke to on the phone was confused about the situation and repeated every thing I was saying to the manager. I asked him if they could take my order over the phone and they said No! I asked if they have online ordering and they said No, not yet! There isn't many restaurants open late in Loveland so I didn't have many choices. So then I was really getting aggravated and then the guy said he would come outside to take my order after the few cars were out of the drive thru. I waited and watched those cars leave and then more came. So I waited and watched probably 10 more cars come & go and then I called back. The manager answered the phone this time so I told her that the guy told me that he would be out to take my order and he never came. She said, this is the manager, "We can't come outside and take orders." I said "The guy told me that he would and now I've been sitting here waiting for almost a half hour and now your going to tell me that you won't do it? Can you please take my order over the phone?" She said "No, we can't do that either." Then I said "Can I speak to the manager?" And she said "I am the manager." Then I said "so you are basically saying that you don't want my business right?" She said "I don't care about your business!" I AM SO ANGRY AT TACO BELL FOR HAVING THIS RUDE LADY...

This isn't baseball where a .333 batting average is good. 8/9 update: managers do a horrible job staffing this location, drive thru was closed a couple days ago and just today the dining area was closed because they “only had 2 people working”. Why is something wrong every-time I visit this location? 9/4 update: this location has been getting better. Increasing from 1 to 3 stars 3/20 update: this location is staffed by complete degenerates. I witnessed a man walk in to pick up a Togo order and there was no one at the register so he says excuse me a couple times and then knocks on the counter to try to get one of the high school dropouts to help him. One guy came up and knocked back and said don’t do that and then walked back to make more orders incorrectly without helping the man. Then the redheaded manager comes out and says you have to wait like everyone else and told him not to yell at minors when this guy never even raised his voice he just wanted to know about his order. This location is consistent trash. Any competent general manager or district manager would fire everyone that works at this location and start fresh including the shift managers. They obviously can’t read because they get every order incorrect, they obviously don’t care about customer service and they obviously don’t know how to make the food. These are 3 essential skills you need to work at a fast food restaurant. 7/9 update: stale taco shells, dry beans, missing sour cream in the fiesta Potatos, and the Potatos were cold not even lukewarm. Read moreI’ve been unfortunate enough to have been assigned several orders from this location in the last few days. As a part-time delivery driver for a third-party food delivery service, I typically enjoy assignments from Taco Bell in general, as a rule, they’re fast, friendly, and efficient. However, the staff at this location appear to not only hate their jobs, but also detest their customers, professionalism, and any sense of pride. It took 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me at the counter, not because they were busy, but they were too preoccupied with slapping stickers on one another, chasing each other around, and being utter tools in general. I was clearly being pointedly ignored and once I did manage to guilt someone into reluctantly asking what i needed, their responses were curt and surly. My bad, i didn’t realize that I was supposed to go back into the kitchen and prepare the food myself. Honestly, it would probably have been better if I had. While I was waiting, three other customers came in from the drive-thru complaining about wrong orders and overcharges! It’s insane! One of my clients messaged me complaining that their order was completely wrong, despite having waited for their food for an extra 45 minutes past the promised time. I wish I could say I was surprised. The single star I’m giving this location is overly generous, but alas, it’s the lowest i could assign. If i could give zero...
