First impressions are important. They got the order wrong, the katsu sauce taste like mostly ketchup and their salad left much to be desired. A salad, without including dressing, has more than 1 ingredient ... Iceberg lettuce. Vegetables in the teriyaki was a nice addition that I don't often find, the service was quick and the lady at the front desk was very nice. I thought the overall flavor could be described as 1 step above Safeway teriyaki. Though I am disappointed by my first impressions I am not discouraged. For me, service is pivotal in evaluating my overall dining experience and if I were to rate the place solely by that standard I would have given them 5 stars. Alas, this is not the case.
