The store closes at 930 Sunday-Monday, not 10. All pizzas are large. Workers are not required to wear gloves. Workers are told to wear hats not hair nets so it’s not their fault if their hair happens to fall out. If you see a worker on their phone, they are off the clock or texting the manager which they are supposed to do when something happens. Workers get messy, it’s a messy job. The worker you call rude has probably pulled a double which is working for open to close. There is not a lot of staff so all the workers work most days of the week if not all. Pizzas may not be hot and ready because it was either rush hour, you and a bunch of other people made a large order, and/or they have to waste the pizzas in the box every 30 mins; it’s a slow store so it happens quite often. If you see a worker put a pizza back in the box, it was not the box to resell, it’s the waste box. If the worker says “we are out of __” it is because they are literally out of the dough and dough shifts are in the morning not at your inconvenient time. If you come in shortly before closing, do not expect exactly what you want. Yes prices are high but that is not the workers fault so do not rant about it. Workers have a job to do so if they take a few minutes to get to the counter, don’t be upset because they are probably working more than one station. Do not take pictures of workers because that is illegal. Do not steal sauce cups, they cost money. Do not complain if you offer a 100 dollar bill because you know they will not be accepted. This place does not deliver. If you want to know when they open, look at the website instead of calling because workers have to come in hours before opening to set up which takes every second they have. Yes the workers are young, meaning they are most likely in high school or college so they probably get 4 hours of sleep at night. I was a worker here recently and this is a fraction of the things that made...

(they are pre made and you just put them in the oven)... then I asked “well when should I come in to order them, because I just ordered them last week and a short gal with a hat made them for me” ... she said “well there is another location right up the street you could probably go to” I said “interesting...” as I was leaving the blonde gentlemen in the red hat said “have a nice night sir” ... didn’t sound sarcastic, but common, pre made frozen bread that you put in the oven... a 5 year old could make that and somehow the workers don’t have the know how to make something their shop sells... this place needs a manager watching over these kids because when the young ones are alone, this is the kind of stuff...
Read moreI am so incredibly disgusted with the way this store is being operated. Last Friday I ordered from their website for delivery. Doordash would notify me that a driver was heading to the store, I'd wait and wait, and then notice a new driver heading to the store. I finally called the store after an hour of waiting. I explained that I ordered through doordash and was confused as to why it was sending different drivers.
The girl who answeed told me that she was the only one in the store and that I was looking at another 45 minutes possibly longer. She said that the drivers who came in were leaving because of the wait. When I asked to speak to the manager she told me that she was the manager. Which i believe was a lie. I ended up picking up the order myself.
Fast forward to today, I ordered again. Only I tried ordering from a different location. Apparently doordash automatically connects you to the closest location, so unfortunately, I ended up ordering from the same store as last Friday. And sadly, it was a repeat of last Friday. Drivers were told that it wasn't ready and couldn't be given an estimated time, as they were top backed up and she was by herself.
This is unacceptable. I understand that there is a staffing problem right now. Then why be on Doordash if you can't keep up with the demands? These are unacceptable working conditions for employees, the girl who was there today was so overwhelmed she was in tears. It's also not fair to customers like myself who end up paying these Doordash delivery fees only to have to pick the order up myself.
I will be emailing corporate and filing a...
