Casa de los Chilaquiles — Restaurant in University Place

We tried their chilaquiles and the chorizo skillet. Both were seasoned well and we enjoyed them. What was disappointing was their lack of a good spicy salsa. They only have bottled salsas like Tapatio, Valentina and Tabasco! The 'cafe de holla' and their so called 'chocolate abuelita'are not the authentic flavors you know and love. I was given hot cocoa. Whip cream and all which is fine but don't insist on pawning it off as authentic Mexican hot chocolate as our waitress unfortunately attempted to do. Will we be back, maybe not.
