KFC — Restaurant in Tacoma

I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal with coleslaw and the fella tells me to pick two more sides, then says that there is a special which gives a free cake and do I want chocolate or lemon?! Apparently he heard 12 piece meal and we wasted time having me pick other sides and tell him the rest of my order just to redo it all. Only, when we redid it at the squawk box he forgot about the cheese curds and gave me a total of around $29 for a regular cookie dough polar freeze and the 4 piece meal. I asked at the window about the price and items that were listed when I pulled up - he had to fix my order all over again. Then, he asks me to pull forward and wait while he helps the only other car that is behind me and arrived when I did, so I say okay. But, there is already a vehicle there and I can only roll forward about 2 feet, which I did. The car behind me honked at me and, after I hung my head out the window to tell them that there was someone in front of me, the employee who brought out the food for the other waiting car and stopped to ask me if I had honked. I said no and that I was honked at. The employee was pleasant when bringing me my food a couple minutes later, cheerfully stating "cheese curds." I thanked him and left with my food. When I got home and sat down to eat my dinner, about ten minutes ago I discovered that this is no chicken tender meal - it is bone-filled wings/breasts/whatever. This is not a chicken tender!!! Two tiny, bony wings and two medium sized ones. I wanted TENDERS. I literally ordered the 4-piece tender meal several times. I am extremely unhappy as I did NOT desire a dinner of only a small side of coleslaw and...

We stopped by to order a bucket of chicken. A female operator by the name of Rachell claimed to be a manager came on and was very rude on the intercom. She is quite sarcastic and indicated a smirky comment of inconvenience upon requesting the order to be specifically thighs and legs. Her reply: Did she cause an inconvenience before? We pulled up at the window, and she told us the total amount. I reached out to my card and turned back; she shut the window on us. She returned a little after taking my card and gave us our order with an attitude. As I looked down to confirm the order, she told me we needed to move forward. As a parent and concern resident, she should approach people with kindness rather than demanding. Basic communication training is required. We were trying to make sure our order was there, and felt she was harassing and discriminating against us to get lost. So, we asked for our money back, and she immediately refused, looking for an excuse to fire back at me and my wife. Her young colleague appeared from behind her, and they are now both stirring up the situation. We sat there as she told me and my wife that I had threatened her, so I would not get my money back. I looked up the reviews of this location on Google and discovered that everyone has complained about her numerous times before....

It's no wonder why this location has such horrible reviews. I ordered 2 mashed potatoes & gravy & 1 large gravy. And I get 3 small gravy's and I paid $19.16 for this crap! I called and the girl says that is their large size with the black containers! So either the other locations are giving bigger portions or this location is just short changing customers because the other locations give the large gravy inside of the bigger container that the large mashed potatoes come inside. She said they're not allowed to do that! I wish I would've asked before ordering because had I known I would've just asked for another order of mashed potatoes and gravy since it comes that way. Makes no sense. Y'all are probably about to go out of business next because you're short changing your customers. Think about why would I have ordered just a large gravy if all I was going to get was a small one that comes with the potatoes, I would've ordered 3 instead! Don't go here. And the reason I didn't order any chicken is because of the horrible reviews. Plus I was asked to pull up and they'd bring it out to me! For mash & gravy?? Since when do I gotta pull forward?
