Starbucks — Restaurant in Tacoma

I’m starting to think the baristas dont actually read the ticket when you do mobile order because my order is NEVER correct. I got whipped cream on my coffee when the sticker clearly says no whipped cream and I also didnt get my extra caramel drizzle which is not free I paid for. I let the person at the window know my order was incorrect as soon as it was handed to me and I handed it back expecting them to atleast scoop off the whipped cream and add the drizzle but nope I get it back with whipped cream still on it and they just put caramel on top of it. And to make matters worse I asked for toffee nut flavor and I got cinnamon. I’m over this location and the fact that every single time I mobile order my order is never right. This is the first Starbucks I have ever written a review about. I absolutely love this location, and I’ve been to MANY. The baristas and staff at this location go above and beyond to make their customers feel special. Remembering names, asking about my day/plans, getting to know me. Greeting me with a warm smile. Sharing stories. No matter how busy they are, they never make me feel they are busy and make me feel as though I am the only customer.

Another reason why I love them, they accidentally gave me the wrong drink one day. I didn’t discover until after I got to work. The next day I ordered my drink and didn’t say anything either. I went to pay and they had a note from the day before that they gave me the wrong drink. The attention to detail to make sure I’m a happy customer, even when I didn’t complain, is very much appreciated and noticed. Thank you so much...

Iced White Tea with Peach Juice plus the sweetener is the absolute best. Give it a try, it tastes like a candy peach ring!

Since that is my regular morning drink I knew something was wrong when I noticed the color of the drink was off. I asked if there was Guava juice in this as well since I had asked to substitute the Guava for Peach juice. The barista proceeded to argue with me about how I was incorrect and that the drink was made how I asked it be. I then heard another barista in the back tell her co-worker that the label was printed incorrectly.
