Savoring the Seoul: A Culinary Gem on Wheels

My experience at Burger Seoul goes beyond the realm of what you'd expect from a mobile eatery. This isn't merely a food truck – it's a veritable haven of culinary delight on four wheels, and an absolute highlight of my gastronomic journey.

The moment you approach this humble, yet vibrant food truck, you are welcomed by the mouth-watering aroma that manages to whet your appetite instantly. The offerings at Burger Seoul are not merely items on a menu; they're artfully crafted symphonies of taste, a testament to the chefs' dedication to quality.

The burger menu is impressively diverse, catering to a wide variety of preferences. Each burger delivers a symphony of flavors, where the piquant Korean touches harmoniously blend with the quintessential comfort of the all-American burger. It's a flavorful marriage that truly brings out the best of both worlds.

The quality of ingredients is non-negotiable at Burger Seoul, which immediately sets them apart. The beef is always tender, the produce is reliably fresh, and the Korean spices and sauces are aromatic and vibrant. These components come together to create a burger that's not just great but outstanding.

The prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. It's truly a feast for the senses that doesn't break the bank, something that is rare to find these days. A meal at Burger Seoul is worth every penny and then some, delivering unmatched value for money.

Another delightful aspect of Burger Seoul is the service. The team is always cheerful, welcoming, and ready to offer suggestions based on your preferences. They evidently take pride in their work, and their passion for food shines through in every interaction.

In conclusion, Burger Seoul has managed to take a simple concept – the food truck – and elevate it to an extraordinary dining experience. It's a testament to how passion, quality, creativity, and customer service can come together to create something truly special. The next time you see the Burger Seoul truck parked on your route, do yourself a favor and give their offerings a try. You'll find yourself coming back for more, one delicious...

I have been waiting to go here for a while. Finally made the trip and let’s just say I was not disappointed. These burgers are gourmet with a flavorful Korean twist and let’s not forget they are made to order. So be prepared to wait a tad. I went strictly for the bulgogi burger but after eyeing the menu I got the Seoul Burger too. I also got both the garlic fries and the sweet potato fries. The guy I placed my order with was friendly and even shared a laugh with me about the golf ball that came flying across my shoulder. Told me he gets hit with them all the time. Yep a golf course is close by. It was only 2 people ahead of me so while waited for the food I grabbed some candy and drinks from the connivence store that Burger Seoul shares the parking lot with. I think my entire wait was about 8 mins and that’s waiting to order, ordering, the store and getting my food. So I must have picked the perfect time to go. 1st let me say my absolute fav was the Bulgogi Burger. It was the best bulgogi I’ve tasted since I’ve been here. Would of never thought to put bulgogi meat on a bun. The pickled cucumbers and lettuce really set this burger off. I could not decide between the fries at all. They were both really good. The garlic fries have just the right amount of garlic and not overpowering at all. The sweet potato fries were really sweet and crispy. I even ate them together! loved the bulgogi burger and said the sweet potato fries were her fav. The Seoul burger was amazing too. It’s really a perfectly put together classic American burger with the Korean Seoul sauce to top it off. That Seoul sauce it’s something else. This is not your average burger place and if you thinking of comparing burgers to somewhere else I think it’s fair to say not all burgers are created equal and the other burger place wouldn’t stand a chance flying golf...

What’s the best takeout burger to get in Washington during the coronavirus pandemic? Burger Seoul. Let me rephrase. Where do you get the best burger in the whole state of Washington? Burger Seoul.

This gem of a food truck is located in the heart of Tacoma in the parking lot of 19th St Grocery. The burger has received top reviews from Yelp as the best burger in the state. It received even more attention when Buzzfeed published a list of best burgers in every state based on Yelp reviews. It then received more publicity from King 5 news and was South Sound Magazine.

It’s worth the trip. Unfortunately, you’ll have to wait for it, but that’s because there’s nothing fast about the love and energy that goes into it. Everything is produced to order and the you can see it in the quality of the food. Fries are batched to individual order and not in vast quantities. So you don’t have to worry about getting a soggy or cold fry.

The burgers are Korean inspired with special sauces that draw from traditional Korean cuisine. The alternative burgers/sandwiches are meats that you’ll find at any Korean BBQ. The pickles are the ones you’ll probably find included in banchan at your favorite Korean restaurant. These homemade touches and attention to detail are what makes the food so good.

Come here expecting to leave satisfied. Chat it up with the owner because he’s the man. He cares about his product and it shows. Come back a second time. I assure...

The reason why I give this a 3 out of 5 is out of the items we got only one that was really good. I got the basic Seoul Burger with no Seoul sauce. For 8 dollars it was a huge hamburger and It's one of the softest hamburger I ever had in my life, I really liked it that way but the issue is, it wasn't that flavorful. I didn't have a unique flavor to it. It wasn't that greasy but it didn't really have a impact in flavor. I would rate it a 4 out of 5. My sister got the Bulgogiger hamburger. It's 10 dollars and she wasn't impressed with it at all. The Meat was tough and it had a taste from the cucumbers she wasn't a fan of. She loved the bread though but for 10 dollars she was expecting better. She would rank it a 3 out of 5. Lastly we got the Seoul Fire Fries, this was the best item we had. It is 6 dollars and it's worth every penny. The flavor is amazing and the fries were crispy. You also get quite a lot for 6 dollars. We will go back for them alone, It's an 5 out of 5. The reason I give them an 3 overall is the ranking alone. I have seen people say this is the best hamburger joint of the West Coast or they say it's best they've ever had but to me when I see people praise something and the reviews are high, when I try it and I'm disappointed, I can't give it a better review. That's just me but it's still a nice thing to try if you never had it.
