update to original review. Frosty King has changed and not for the good am sorry to say. Ever since it was sold and the new owners took over I can honestly say do not waste your money. I use to love Frosty King and their amazing pastrami sandwiches, I would get one every week. I went yesterday and went inside because it was too damn hot to sit through the drive thru without air conditioning, so I thought he'll go inside order and eat while cooling off inside. Not really cooler inside, pastrami sandwich is nothing compared to what it use to be, considerably smaller and way way less meat, the sandwich I ordered and gotten yesterday was less than half the weight of what i use to get and the cost of the meal is considerably higher priced, no shredded cheese on it either. I was highly disappointed, not to mention they advertised the new philly cheese steak sandwich and my friend ordered that and was told they were out of bell peppers, when there is a hand written sign stating try our new philly and you do not have the ingredients for it take down the sign until you have it. Unprofessional Staff! Me and my family where traveling through the area, we had been driving all day and were tired and hungry. It showed that the restaurant was open till 10pm so we headed over and got there around 9:10. Me, my wife and our 2 toddlers entered the restaurant, ordered our food and sat down. The restaurant was freezing and all the fans where on. I went out to my car and got a blanket. About 15 mins later we got our food. I got one bite into my burger when a young man came out and told me and my family that we had to leave because they were closing. I said, but online and on the door it states you are open till 10:00. The foods always good, but in my opinion it looks & seems they're always understaffed, which makes the waiting time for your order takes a huge toll on my rating. It's also effected one of the orders I'd made expressing to the guy who took the order & was having to help make the awesomely priced Family meal deal, which is(if I recall right)5 burgers, 5 lil'ish sacks of fries, & 5 drinks of your flavor choice. Id simply wanted no pickles/no onions on two or three burgers, they even marked the bags for me, yet when I brought them home home to mom(the no pickles/onions-- they all still had them lol.
