You lost a loyal customer today. I was given the wrong order. When I brought it back the cook looked at it and saw it and admitted it was not the burger I ordered. I just politely asked for what I ordered and the cook just looked at me and shrugged, saying it was basically the same burger I ordered and just stood there looking at me. No "I'm sorry for getting your order wrong." No " let me fix that for you". By the way the burgers were not the same, the one I ordered was supposed to have sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, the one I got in my bag was just plain and sad looking. As I walked away another employee asked if I wanted it remade, but it's not worth it at that point. I'm not eating a burger made out of my sight by a cook that doesn't want to remake it and is obviously unhappy I've complained. I'm not that trusting. I've been a loyal customer for years. You don't want to fix the order you got wrong, I don't want to spend my money there anymore. There are always other places to eat. If you keep giving out the wrong orders and then argue with the customer about it when they bring it back, in my opinion , you will loose all your loyal ...
Read moreUpdate as of November 2023. The cook and all of the waitresses are amazing at their jobs and they are very friendly as well as hello with great customer service skills. Everybody tries to go above and beyond to make things right for the customer. Although it seems that there is some higher ups that have absolute all control and there is no compromising in many things The food is wonderful and the people that work there do a damn good job.
Actually it's the 1st time I would say probqbly ever I was served by someone not a good quality service, attitude And who was not knowledgeable about much in the way of the menu. I was not very happy with the larger increase in price (no notation about it) And no type of options to order Other than the doordash - since the company's website was down. Read moreThe drive-thru is awkward, but necessary because my company & I were on the road. After ordering, we were asked to pull to the back of the building and they would bring us our order. As we pulled to the back, there was a large pile of boxes and trash, which had swarms of flies all around. We stayed out back for a minute but the amount of flies were bothering us, so we pulled back up to the front to receive our order. The staff was friendly but seemed chaotic with minimal customers. Once on the road, we had to pick our fries from the bag because they were placed in the bag upside down. My company was still upset about the flies and chose not to eat the food. My avocado burger was large and handmade, but lacking seasoning on the meat. I pulled the avocado off the burger once I raised the bun and saw all the brown spots in them.
