64 Tally Gyro & Kebabs — Restaurant in Tallahassee

I had ordered food from this place through Uber Eats and the staff denied handing my food over to the delivery guy because he was on the cycle. The delivery person called me and had me talk with the restaurant but the restaurant staff was very rude with me over the call and him in person. I kept requesting the food be handed over to the delivery person and that I will not file a complaint if the food isn't served in the best condition as I am aware the guy is coming on a cycle. But they took 20 mins out of my time and more from the delivery guy without handing him my food and he had to return with my other bundled order in the scorching heat. I called the restaurant again and the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful in providing me a reason other than what I already knew and was not solid enough reason to deny the prepared and packed food just because of the delivery guy being on a bicycle. As soon as I mentioned, I am lodging an official compliant with Uber, their demeanor changed and they tried to offer me some kind of a bribe to not do it. Instead I cut the call and let uber address my concerns. I am never ordering from this food place ever because they do not respect the people, their customers, the food and the time that people invest in...

Unfortunately, the lady at the front desk was not friendly and was ignorant towards special children (autistic child). We came in around 12:15 pm on June 10th 2023, we were a group of five people. She didn't neither greet us or make us feel welcome, but that didn't bother us at all. But it made me upset, when I saw her behavior towards my 9 yr old special child, one of their TV was titled slightly, and my child wanted to make it straight, but that action made the lady upset, even she came to me and told me that the food will take 20 minutes to get prepared, and i told her we could wait outside for the food. We could've went outside, but I said i wanted to stay inside, since it was nicer inside. Then, someone was always with my child at all times to make sure he didn't do anything bad. I hope the management heard about this conversation I had with this lady, hopefully they speak with her and educate her. We spent around $68 dollars here, and it was very unfortunate and sad for us...

We loved the food there. We ordered beef/lamb gyro platter, falafel and chicken adana. Everything was tasty. It was really hot in the resturant, so couldnt enjoy as much thats why atmosphere gets a 3 star.

Eventhough the food was excellent, the lady was rude with my 5 year old. She got up to get a spoon, instead of asking her what she needs, she pushed the fork/spoon stand away from her (my daughter couldnt have reached it anyways it was too high for her). I didn't think anything at first. Then my daughter wanted a drink so she stood in front of the refrigerator. She was just standing there (we were cleaning up food to get ready to leave). The lady rudely told my daughter no, not here (she could have said it nicely. Daughter is only 5). I had an injured leg so i couldnt get up and walk as well as i could.
