I was extremely displeased. I have been to the Pensacola location numerous times and loved it. I was very excited to hear about a location opening in Tallahssee. However, my order was messed up by staff twice; I ordered the #2 combo and upgraded to the bigger smalls with bacon. The staff only rung up the #2 combo with biggie smalls upgrade but not the bacon. I confirmed my order at the window before paying and found out the bacon was not on there. Trying to add the bacon was a whole different ordeal an i was told they couldnt do it and I’d have to pay for it individually which would be more expensive. Of course, after asking to speak to manager they were able to add the bacon and i didnt end up needing to speak with one. However, once I left i realized they didnt even give me the drink i had paid for with my meal. At this point i was already so aggravated I didnt even wanna go back to get my drink. Food was also disapointing. Overall unfortunate experience, especially since ive NEVER had an issue like this at my...
Read moreFriendly, quick service for them only being open a few days. We opted for the walk up line instead of the drive thru because it was 20+ cars deep. Took maybe 10-15 minutes. Ordered a Biggie Smalls combo: 2 Sliders, Fries, and Drink. Added a cup of queso and their Smauce.
Burgers and fries are hot and fresh, but the meat has no seasoning. Maybe that’s their model which is fine if you’re looking for basic meat, cheese, pickle and sauce. The Smauce tastes like a pickle thousand island which I thought was good addition. Queso tastes like Tostitos jarred queso. Fries are waffle fries, kind of tastes like Arby’s but the oil seemed “old” already though. Love that they serve Community brand tea but the sweet tea was not sweet. Overall not a bad experience for them only being open a few days now and I’d go back because two double sliders...
Read moreIt was a good experience, order and eat on the outside diner. It's exactly what you think it is, a delicious and juicy slider restaurant.
Similar to Raising Cane's one specialty item menu, their cook speeds and quality are fast and consistent. The only caveat, at 3 dollar per slider (based on picture size) you would need 2-3 to even get to a normal burger proportions. Sauce is also not included and combos add a small portion of fries and a drink. Bit pricey for a burger in my opinion, but if you are craving juicy burgers then it...
