I was so excited when I first saw this shop because it looked so cute at first and was happy to support a smaller business, but I was greatly disappointed. I bought an icecream for my mom and myself and it was $9.68 for those two tiny behind scoops on a cheap sugar cone at that. The lady made the cone before even telling me the price.. If I knew that small little bit would be THAT much, I wouldn’t have bought it and not only that they tasted like nothing.. I got the peanut butter flavor and my mom got the red velvet and seriously, nothing and the texture was bad too. I could have easily went to cold stone for a way better price and amount. Lowkey felt rushed too because when we came in and the lady asked what we were wanting we said we were looking and not even a minute later she was asking again, like can we look first?? We were excited to try this black owned ice cream shop on a hot day and were very disappointed. Aside from the customer service, the ice cream was okay. Pretty plain and boring tasing for it to have so many flavors. It was really the service that made the experience so poor. We were kindly being helped by the son and daughter then the owner Barb came from the back being so rude. Didn’t even want to get me the scoop of ice cream with the toppings on it.
