Worse experience ever. Party was 3-5 one pizza came out at 4:10. We ordered 2 samplers that didn’t come out in time. Party host was unprofessional. Took our pizza order an never came to back check on us. We literally had to run her down in order to get updates about our order. We were given cups no napkins or forks. We weren’t given lids or straws for our cups. The party host absolutely sucked. I will not visit this location again. It was ridiculous. Staff were too busy doing TikTok dances that they couldn’t do their jobs an be party hosts like they were supposed to be. Party host didn’t give out our pizza or cut our cake. We were so thirsty and hungry and had no updates about our orders. The two cooks in the back had bad attitudes weren’t listening to customers an acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. The older black cook had a bad attitude an got loud with the customers about their orders. This was a very chaotic an unprofessional experience. Party host never came back to check up us. The manager was walking around not giving customers any attention. This was a horrible experience an this location needs to be shutdown. Parties were piled up in one area and we couldn’t move around like we wanted to. People from other parties were standing over us an walking through every 2 minutes. We couldn’t enjoy ourselves at all. Our party host only came through to drop off the ticket for the party. We were left no pitchers to drink an only poured one cup of drink. We were given one pizza for a party of 5. We left hungry an agitated because the party host didn’t do their job. We deserve a...
Read moreWe have been to this Tallahassee location 5 times in the last year and it’s always a pleasant, 5 star experience . We visit daytime on week days and it’s never been crowded. Very clean throughout the building. When you go to a table to sit, you don’t have to worry about there being napkins and crumbs because the tables are all wiped. And no matter how many staff members we talk to from the front of the store where you get your hand stamped to the back of the building where you pick up food, they’re always nice, polite, and engage in conversation - from youngest to oldest. You feel very welcome and safe here! When you ask somebody to get you some Dippin dots or cotton candy, they smile, and are always helpful. You don’t feel like you’re bugging anyone here which is a rarity these days. The salad bar stays iced down and the drink station is clean! When you order french fries, they’re not greasy they are cooked perfect and already come with a side of ketchup and ranch. I was pleasantly surprised, at the TLC with the food and food presentation here. When you see people loading the dip and dots and cotton candy when no one is around, they still have gloves on! You can tell this place is well managed (lights, cleanliness, friendliness) and has great staff. Would highly recommend...
Read moreMy family and I had fun. This was our first time there and we didn't know nothing about the kiosk or how everything worked and they were busy. We tried to ask for help and one young man did his best to help but before we could get anymore help to finish he was gone so we tried to go to the counter to ask and a young woman was just finishing up with another customer and walked right by us without acknowledging us to call the young man from across the room when we were the only people waiting at the counter at that point. She seemed to ignore us even after the man came over but an older lady appeared and helped customers so I felt if I wanted assistance I needed to be assertive and get their attention which I did and she was very nice and helped me. Other than that I enjoyed it. I think they were overwhelmed by the amount of traffic rather than being rude. Maybe next time it would be good to let the customer know you see them by letting them know someone will be with them shortly or something like that. Just common courtesy rather than walking past to stop at the other side of the counter to yell for another employee and not once acknowledge a customer you had to of seen standing there at...
