We’ve been out of the country for a while. It always amazes me how American establishments don’t know how to make a cappuccino. This place was no different. Muddy dishwater cap. Coffee flavor was good, not burnt or bitter, and service as friendly. They just don’t pay attention to detail. I included a photo of their dishwater brown cup appearance, and then two from different states in Mexico to demonstrate what a cappuccino should look like… at a minimum, a white cap.

I went to ology coffee to get an iced london fog. The barista didn’t know how to make it but still tried which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I ended up with a cup of straight oat milk. The service was good and my barista was very kind so I wasn’t upset. I just wish the barista let me know they didn’t know how to make it or offered to make me something else instead. This place does great coffee though!

Stopped in on our way to visit our family in Merritt Island. We used to live in Tallahassee 14 years ago. Coffee was very good, not bitter like a lot of chain coffee shops. Barista was very helpful. Highly recommend the coffee! We go on coffee dates very often in our home area and travels. Thanks for treating us so well and the terrific service!!

The best coffee experience you will have in Tallahassee!

Ology Coffee is the brainchild of Jason Card, a long-time coffee expert and enthusiast in Tallahassee. With past experience at Atomic Coffee, Journeyman Coffee, and the Hideaway (to name a few) over the years, he really knows his stuff and is so passionate about sharing what he knows. After starting bartending at Ology Brewing, he was able to branch out and start brewing his own cold brew to serve at the various locations. From there, it's history. Ology Coffee has now been up and running for months, adding more dates, food, and vendors each week. I love to stop in when I can during the week to just say hi and see what Jason is whipping up. Honestly, I just trust my order to him each time. With Ology Distilling joining the brand, it means Ology Coffee also has great liquors to use in their lattes if you want something boozy. Seriously, I just love everything about Ology Coffee and hope you all can stop in and check...

Ology is the best microbrewery in Tallahassee! Their tarts and sours are absolutely perfect and their IPA's taste like you're biting into a fresh grapefruit. Their bourbon is also very smooth. The best coffee is the "Blatantly Obvious", a cold brew coffee with their coffee and vanilla cream liqueur mixed in. You can even add a shot of their bourbon to it and it's fantastic 👌 This is definitely the new weekend morning stop for when the wife wants to get out of the...
