The sandwiches are great, but the actual service is incredibly poor.

I ordered delivery from their website back in December, and the order was immediately canceled and my account was still charged. The owner called me up the next day to apologize. He explained it was a mix up between their system and actual hours of operation, and he was incredibly polite and gave me a $20 gift card and refunded the charge for the order. That's why I ordered from them two more times--and actually received my order. Sadly, the $20 gift card didn't work in their online system, but you know, it was free and they seemed to care about customer service.

I ordered online from them last week, and despite the text messages from their third-party delivery driver saying otherwise, I never received the order. The driver's phone number was blocked, the third-party delivery company didn't have any way to contact them immediately, and the store hung up on my call as soon as it was picked up. Cool.

The next day, the third-party delivery company responded to my email to say I would need to get a refund from Which Which, but they'd confirm what happened with the store. Which Which never responded to my email (it's been 6 days), has only answered the phone once out of five calls during their operation hours, and the manager/owner never returned the one call that was answered.

I would strongly recommend you don't use their website's delivery services. From what I've seen, there's a 1/3 chance you won't get anything delivered and still get charged.

Best place for a customized sub sandwich! They have so many options! The touch screen menu in the drive through is an interesting feature, but may be somewhat difficult to use for some people. The inside of the restaurant is cozy, and I would recommend going inside the first time you visit because you'll have more time to consider the menu and add-on options, which are extensive. If you wait too long to make a decision on the touch screen menu outside, you'll get an annoying buzzing sound to let you know you're taking too long. That's the only thing I really don't like about this place. They're reasonably fast, but due to the customized sandwiches, they take a little longer than a burger drive through. This is a review after me 2nd visit to this place. They gave me the wrong sandwich, and after I handled it they re-wrapped the same sandwich for another customer in drive-through instead of making a new sandwich for us both. After I informed the staff my initial order was incorrect, they proceed to make me what I ordered. The 2nd order didn't have the ingredients I selected, so they couldn't make me what I ordered despite two chances. I didn't complain the 2nd time because it had already been 20 minutes of waiting and I was hungry. The only saving grace was that the roast beef wasn't terrible.
