Horrible customer service if they are given an order that they consider long they will give you an attitude verbally and then that person will avoid you at the window and then make a mistake in your order and then ignore you when you go inside and try to fix it literally look at you and hear you say excuse me multiple times and not even do anything finish what they're doing taking care of everybody else while my food continues to get cold I leave there with cold food because they're only interested in giving me what they miss not caring about the fact that now I have to eat cold food and give my loved ones cold food, the person who took our order did not have her hair tied back properly I also work in food and have worked in food and managed it does not take much time to double-check in order before you give it to the customer especially if they asked you if that's everything because they know they have a large order and it felt on the smaller side and then this woman who took my order who did not have her hair tied back properly who gave me a major attitude after my "large order" went into the back as I was waiting for my mistake proceeded to ask the cook if she saved her chicken which when I went through the drive-thru I was informed that they were out of original chicken but come to find out after they mistakenly messed up my order that she had chicken left she was just saving it for herself instead of paying customers like a good employee is supposed to do for the better of the business. It looked absolutely disgusting inside grease fire waiting to happen I will be calling corporate. And I will leave a bad review every day if I have to and if corporate does not do something then the health department will get involved and so on and so forth-...

Well...Hopefully this was an off day. This was a 15-20 min experience. At least. Car at the ordering area, second car, than me. Car in front of me gets to order. Is there for way too long. Finally moves on. I go to order...tells me they are really busy and they will get to my order ASAP. 1: there are no cars in the parking lot. None. 2: took about 10 min or more to get to order. 3: Room temperature cheddar pepper poppers and chicken fries, without sauce for dipping, which I ordered...insult to injury. Really. When I was stuck at the ordering station the line reached out to the road. About 7 cars behind me. Someone from a car behind me yelled some obscenities in the many minutes there. Pleasant. There where no fire trucks, ambulances, police cars, actually no cars at all in their parking lot. Don't know how they could have been so busy unless there are 2 people running the place. And if that is the case I really do apologize for this review. My bacon king was awful. Ate less than half of it. I have never, in my life, said this is too much cheese. Ever. But the massive amount of cheese, mayo, and ketchup all blended together and was squishing out everywhere. Way too much. So much so I think this was a joke. As in intentional. Yeah I appreciate the cheese was melted and all but...way too much. Excessive condiments and cheese ruined this burger. Chicken fries and poppers were about room temperature. And no sauces for chicken fries and poppers. Terrible. I could have done alot more with that 15-20 min of life besides wait for really bad fast food. Avoid this place like the plague. We came threw the drive threw to get food at the drive threw, there was a long wait and when we got the food it was cold, that wasent even the big issue we just wanted food it wasent late and just wanted something, when we got the order we went over it and realized the nuggets we ordered weren’t there, when we got back into the drive threw there was one car infront of us, we couldn’t go inside as it was closed so we waited behind the one car which took about 15 minutes. When we finally get to the window there was 2 girls almost waiting for us and asked us what was wrong, we explained that we were missing a part of our order and they said they remember the person that packed it putting the nuggets in the bag, I went threw everything we had and had a duplicate item, we had already been eating the food cause it was we where hungry and waiting a long time, they said because the food was already eaten they couldint give us the missing item. I explained it was part of my original order and she kept mentioning how cause we ate it she can’t give the original order back with it but if we had it she would’ve thrown away the duplicate and gave us the new order, I asked if I could just place a order for it again and they said no because there was a cars behind us that already paid for there meals(It was 1 car). I just pulled away cause it’s late I’m hungry and not tryna deal with it. Explain to me how because of your error, I can’t get my food back when you had also said that you put it in the bag...
