Terrible Customer Service

I recently visited this Colombian restaurant, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. Upon entering, I sat down and waited to be attended. However, no one came to my table. Shortly after, a larger group came in, and the staff attended to them immediately, completely ignoring me. I had to get up and ask for a menu just to be able to place an order. After finally getting the menu, no one came back to take my order.

The lack of attention and professionalism is unacceptable, and it’s clear that the staff needs much better training. While the food might be good, it doesn’t matter if the customer service is subpar. There are plenty of other Colombian restaurants in the area, can’t recommend this place to anyone until they address their customer...

The cooks seem to enjoy their jobs. The rest of the staff, starting from the owner, leave a lot to be desired. Their attitudes are extremely snobby. I have been to Setai, The Ritz, The Boca Raton, L’eau in Palm Beach, exclusive resorts in Montecarlo, Santorini & The Amalfi Coast and have never experienced such condescending service. They are unfriendly, dismissive & above all, rude. I have gone back a few times, and their level of arrogance is astounding. ANGELA MARIA: AS THE OWNER, YOU SHOULD LEAD BY EXAMPLE & TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE MORE HUMBLE AND SERVICE ORIENTED. YOU ALL ACT LIKE YOU ARE DOING YOUR CUSTOMERS A FAVOR. Small locally owned and operated Columbian "panaderia".,. NOT the usual Cuban spots all of sfla knows and mostly loves. No pastelitos!!!

Be willing to try another flavor of Latin comida however, you will be rewarded. This gringo navigated the language barrier issues some find so challenging just fine. I was rewarded with delicious cafe con leche and a warm jamon y queso croissant 🥐. 🤤
